Montenegro finally due for a war?

Reading the feed, Croatia has declared war on Montenegro, but the war has not been confirmed as of now. All around Montenegro is Chile's conquered land, and the only piece of another country that borders us is Croatia. They have far more citizens, a greater military and economy than we do, but the citizens of Montenegro are willing to fight for their country, and have a great alliance to back us up.
