Kordak II: Let's continue our progress!

Dear friends,
This was a very interesting month for our country and definitely not like I planned it. However one of the most important things as a leader is that you are flexible and able to respond to the situation. So we had to be very flexible this month in the programs we were running and also in who we would call for help. Another important thing is reflection of what happened and what could be improved in the future.
End of the month am I done?
My answer is simple: no
I want to run for another term to complete the work I wasn't able to do because of the war. It was a very busy month and we were unfortunately not able to complete all our goals because of the war. I still want to make some improvements in our country, for example settling new funds to help young players upgrading their training ground facilities to make some profit. We already settled our brand new ministry of health that took over the work of the Irish food project. We stimulated the local economy by buying food from our national markets for the ministry of health.
How about congress, will you have full power?
No I will respect our democratic chosen congress and will make sure we will have elections next time. Until then the old congress will remain in power and they will decide over all votes like they always do.
I will also improve our military to prepare better for wars and airstrikes. Because I was organizing the battles together with our MoD team we found out that we have to make improvements in our defence department. I will have contact with experts from other countries and see if it is possible to create a mercenary fund we can use in times of war.
Another thing I want to set up next month if I am chosen is a new baby boom program to get new active citizens in our nation. I also want to start coaching programs for new players. Our citizen number is dropping, we need new people to secure our future.
Another article will follow with some details and my government team. I already want to thank everyone for supporting my administration this month and I hope to complete my work next month to improve our country even more!

You got the country wiped and did not get anything you wanted to do done, but you want another shot at it??? Why don't you become a minister and get one of your projects done and let some one else have a shot at CP.
I don't think for a second that Kordak got the country wiped. All of the experts in eIrish defence were working in government during this invasion, and had Kordak been at fault, they would have been the first to speak up about it.
Instead, we've seen those with the most experience and hands on knowledge of the war saying that being wiped before elections was a practically unavoidable outcome.
Frankly, I'm actually impressed that we're in a relatively good situation now, where we certainly could be faced with a much starker looking future.
All of the candidates in the race have been involved in government this term and have had input on our efforts at defence. Now all will also benefit from hindsight - and that intimate knowledge of what has happened this month also means that all of the candidates have some insight into the vulnerabilities of our national defence.
Obviously the reason that Kordak was unable to achieve everything he might have wished, is largely due to the wipe itself, which makes this a relatively incoherent criticism.
I believe it's important that we be fair minded going into these elections. All three candidates are strong in my opinion. All three have proven their abilities to me in some way. I think all three deserve fair consideration, and certainly none of the three deserve to be denigrated for having served in government during this last war.
That said Moo, your views deserve the utmost respect given your own achievements and experience in this game. That's precisely why I'm showing them enough respect not to let them go unquestioned or rebutted.
Wasn't much we could do in this war. I didn't like that we chose not to put up a fight upon their initial invasion. There was a lot of underestimating done against Moldova, and the support they'd receive from Romania. We should've fought hard to repel the initial invasion.
But in the end it'd come down to COs, and we could have spent a fortune and had it wasted if we lost. They were intent on landing it. A small nation like that, in the same condition we were during our airstrike, was not going to miss out on its chance to finally shine.
Once they were in, it was hopeless. Not enough support from allies, combined with massive enemy support. There was practically no stopping it.

Now we have our regions back and will have a congress this month.
I agree with Ian here. I believe all three candidates are solid enough.
Seems the UK was more busy throwing CO's against a little state as Norway then to help defend it's own neighbour and ally. Makes you wonder what they think of Eire. 😛
I don't think many Irish expect much from the UK, and the same goes for them. We are allies, but not friends by any means. We know what they think of us. xD Despite it all, more of them helped than you might think. They're the primary reason we are fully liberated, sad as it is to admit. If nothing else they saved us a lot of time, money and bombs we would've spent liberating ourselves.
I'm the first to slate the eUK, but their attack on Moldovan-held Irish territories did help make this one of the shortest wipes possible.

Your inexperience in dealing with the Moldovian conflict maybe didn't help you but you handled the situation well and quickly got support from UK to get us back on the map.
We owe UK a huge debt as Raven said and next time they come under attack we should help them whenever possible.
