Justice for Japan! [The Case of: Fabyzol V. The People of Japan]
Aryzn
(Japanese Supreme Court)
Let’s have a Trial! (....But don’t worry Mr. Fabyzol, it will be just for fun!...Well maybe…)
(Smoking is bad, don’t smoke!)
こんにちは!
Salutations, Honorable Citizens of our Imperial Islands, you’re being called in for Jury Duty!
Ladies and gentlemen of the Jury, today I intend to prove to you that:
1. Our President has ties with foreign political influences.
2. Mr. Fabyzol is guilty of committing crimes against Japanese culture.
3. Demonstrate the cultural invasion brought by Europeans.
Oh, and in response to Geezus.
People of the Jury, the evidence I will present you today will tie the defendant, Mr. Fabyzol, directly to the Hungarian political system. Thus countering Geezus’s claim.
Now let the prosecution present its case!
Exhibit 1:
A Japanese Organization captured by the Hungarian government running Japan. The name translates into “Hungary Voice”. The org’s avatar is a picture of the Hungarian flag.
This is a major misuse of Japanese assets by the government, Japanese assets serve JAPAN not Hungary. If Hungary wants a voice they can make their own newspaper, not take control over a Japanese org. The Hungarian government takes what belongs to eJapan and gives it to eHungary, this is fundamental imperialism. The invading country (Hungary) takes assets of the invaded country (eJapan) and uses them for the benefit of the motherland (Hungary).
Exhibit 2:
The Presidents Japanese published newspaper, written in Hungarian with no Japanese or English translations. The newspaper is orientated toward Hungarian readers in Hungary.
As president of Japan, one should publish articles to the Japanese. Mr. Fabyzol runs a newspaper, decorated in Hungarian colors, and entirely in Hungarian. Furthermore, he admits the target audience are foreigners.
Why should our president publish, in eJapan, a foreign newspaper directed at foreigners? There is no respect for the fact he is publishing in Japan nor for the fact he is not Hungarian anymore. Mr. Fabyzol hardly ever addresses the people of Japan, and has never made an effort to conceal his involvement with Magyar nor answer questions raised by several different eJapanese publications!
Exhibit 3:
The President’s player profile. The image depicts a Hungarian pride “Magyar Legio” or “Hungarian Air” political party avatar with a fist grasping the Hungarian flag. Additionally the picture shows Mr. Fabyzol is a member of Magyar Legio, which is a MU that serves a political party (of the same name) in Hungary.
By this, the President himself demonstrates:
1. He has no interest in promoting Japanese culture (which is a priority for a Japanese President)
2. Is a Hungarian PTO-er from the party Magya Legio. Mr. Fabyzol’s avatar is an altered version of the official Magyar Legio banner.
The connection between the president and this foreign political party is undeniable.
The Magyar Legio political party, ranked #5 in Hungary. Take note this party is affiliated with both Fabyzol and his MU.
Conclusion!
PTO = Political Take Over
eRepublik Definition:
“Political Takeover (coup) - When a highly organized group from a densely populated Country moves into a separate country and gains political power of said country by out numbering other citizens in an election. (Normally the General Election) – eRep Wiki”
This is an open and shut case! Mr. Fabyzol is guilty as the government!
I ask the jury to deliberate!
The prosecution rests its case.
Peace, Love, and Understanding!

1) Using org? How you know how he is using org? Do you have tracking from admins? Oh, sorry, you can't have them...
Or you have a problem with the flag and/or name? Return to 1:

This guy is rl scottish, using serbian flag...
Grow up, Aryzn. This is open world, i can write on any language i want and i can use any pic i want, and until i don't brake erep rules - you can only cry.
P.S. You were a long time part of Lollies (even PP, as i can recall). Can you recall the time when some Lollie's CP asked for help from eUSA because "eJapan was PTOed by his oppinion?". So, i think that all Lollies made the act of high treason, as because of this "call" eJapan was without any core regions for a long time.
I think it's time to take you to the court.

I just passed 3 hours of shouts, not more...
Did you get it? 🙂
Once again, your not reading my argument. Perhaps there is an issue with your translation device. Please observe the charges and then re-consider the evidence.
Your counter points do nothing to disprove my claims. They're simply irrelevant. Try harder, kid.
P.S.
This is a game, relax! ^.^
fsb1000 rent this org and wrote that terrible article.
This guy is against the hungarian-japanese friendship, because he think Hungary don't win anythig with that.
That article was an attack against out government, at least don't blame us because of that!
You allowed a Hungarian to rent a Japanese Organization. This is a horrible misuse of power.
eJapanese Orgs Serve the interest of eJapanese, not eHungarians!
Renting org is possible for everybody who pays rental. That is not new, but so far org rent were use for MM and nobody published articles.
Aryzn, i'm completely relaxed.
But, seems to me that you need to open your mind.
Take a look links which i leave you. Think, open your mind and answer me: why you must (!) to write on the language of the country where you are living and why you must (!) be in MU of that country?
Here or in rl - you won't find the proper answer. Because it's not a must, Aryzn 🙂
P.S> "They're simply irrelevant." - this was really great sentence when you don't have any answer 😛
If you believe your "evidence" is sufficient, then that is your prerogative to believe so. I am just telling you, in terms of logic, you have presented nothing that would prove counter-intuitive to my claim. Instead you are going off on a irrelevant rant. The people of eJapan will be the judge, the lack of evidence on your behalf is of little consequence to me. It could only serve to indicate you do not understand my chargers.
Which brings us to the center of this dispute, you just do not seem to understand the charges. You tell me to have an open mind, yet do not listen, (or perhaps understand?) to what I say.
Then that rasies the question, why do you not listen to what the opposistion has to say. in which case we have three likely reasons:
1. You do not Understand.
2. You believe you understand, but in actuality you are misinterpreting something
3. You fully understand, but acknowledge that logic would revel the truth.
Albeit, I do not personally know you, Kow-kun, but I suspect you to not be a stupid man. So, you are either ignorant (not in a bad way) of what you are talking about, or are purposely playing dumb.
Its hard to work with a man who is not willing to listen to what you have to say, Kow-kun. Please do be more considerate and listen.
This is to Kowalski_afc: While I can't comment on the motivation or background of fabyzol, for someone to take an office as high as the President I do absolutely think it is necessary for their communication (whether unofficial or official) to at least be readable to the majority of citizens in that country. The president/大統領 is the reigning symbol of authority, projecting the influence, response, and authority of its citizens. Even if the reasoning behind such an action is not malicious, the mere fact that citizens cannot read communications or articles is certainly cause for unrest or suspicion. The 大統領 should always be clear and above board, it is impossible to foster trust when they are not.
While to a lesser extent, the same reasoning can apply to the Military Unit. The Military Unit is a key....asset (for lack of a better word) to dictate a country's military strength. A president who does not belong to even a nominally Japanese military unit at the very least undermines the connection between MU's and the government.
In conclusion, while the whole Hungarian/Serbian PTO thing is out of my knowledge circle, I can very easily see why fabyzol is attracting such responses and accusations. It is not up to the japanese citizens to take him at face value, it is for fabyzol to show his japanese commitment (even if that means throwing away all foreign ties)
No, Aryzn, believe it or not, i'm not stupid. And let me tell you what i'm thinking about the situation now.
You never listened to me. How many times i sai😛 use us, don't abuse us.
But... You (and i don't think just you personally) are playing your little games, accusing others for PTO (hey, you are PTOers too, let's be honest!), you were crying that eUSA take eJapan core regions, some of you were paying for dmg against eJapan... Tell me what is not true here.
Why are you PTOers? When i came to eJapan first time, you were "guardians" of eJapan. When rl Japanese returns. But, they never returned. Not a single move was done to return rl Japanese from you side. You will tell me that they are not interested for this game. It's ok. But, that doesn't make you less PTOer. Simply because you are not interested in strong eJapan. You are interested in divided eJapan, which will be under heavy influence of eUSA...
And then, you are telling to someone that i'm going to irrelevant rant. No, i'm not. I'm showing you that someone can write on other language, wear other avatars, be in foreign MU and still, the very same person can be very good to the country where he is living.
It's another question why he doesn't write reports. But, that is something what you started.
Also, I can recall that the very same Geezus was great for you while he was supporting your candidates. What changed? He doesn't support your candidates? Pity... Now we can spit on him.
The very same Geezus did good things and bad things for eJapan. But, he is doing something. You didn't do anything. Except you PTOed eJapan and claim that you are "original" eJapanese. And you are not, of course...
Be careful, Aryzn. I'm not in eJapan, but for one and half year, i find out many things.
You’re making some rather large and ambiguous claims Kow-kun, I hope you can support them. But your actions tell it all, you never cared for eJapan nor Japanese culture. That is the difference between most people here and the Serbs-Huns that come here worshiping their native culture, trying to merge their culture with Japans.
Another key issue, you are attempting to classify me in with some other people? When you say, “Some of you” who exactly are you referring to? Who, exactly was paying for damage against Japan?
“Why are you PTOers? When i came to eJapan first time, you were "guardians" of eJapan”, that just sounds silly, I never made such a claim. I hope you can prove your absurd accusations!
“Also, I can recall that the very same Geezus was great for you while he was supporting your candidates.” Yet another Lie, I have never said such things about Geezus. Do you intend to make up history so that it is consistent with how you want it to be? You are acting childish.
“You didn't do anything. Except you PTOed eJapan and claim that you are "original" eJapanese.” Again, I never said such a thing!
All of this proves that, instead of hearing me out, you have just classified me into a fictional category that you have for eJapanese. It proves that you see everyone who does not see things the way you do is trying to destroy Japan.
Please pay closer attention to what I say, and not just assume you know what I am saying, as you have clearly demonstrated to the eWorld that you have some wild misconceptions about me and what I stand for.
My thesis, in laymen’s terms (just for you), A cultural secure eJapan. Take note that says nothing about eNationality, idk who you are, as long as you embrace Japanese culture. You don’t see me waving American flags and trying to push American culture on the residents of eJapan. Instead I work toward a eJapan filled with Japanese culture.
And what is this warning about being careful for? Its silly to issue idle threats.

Fabyzol go home you are drunk
2nd vote for Hachikuji~
Hail to the exSmokers. xD
Fabyzol is guilty as charged and should pack his stuff and move back to eHungary!
長い日本はライブ!
Aryzn! You simply don't understand how this game works...
Japan is weak because the previous governments thought we are able to get our country without big population and without strong allies.
You should be happy that we have new citizens from Hungary and Serbia! Just look at the leaderboards and you will see, the majority of the damage is came from these citizens.
In addition these people use their connections to get help from Hungary and from Serbia because they want a free Japan!
So stop this idoit campaign about PTO and enjoy the congress election which is possible because of this hostile CP and of his terrible government!
JUSTICE FOR JAPAN!
\☺
You, sir, do not understand what I am saying. Allow me to simplify my objective.
I have said it a thousand times, Geezus. This immigration is good, what is not good is the fact they are not willing to become eJapanese!
Why is it so hard to move to a country and whole-heatedly support it?
I am in favor of strong allies, but our alliance with them should mutually respect our sovereignty. We can be their ally, we WILL NOT be their puppet.
Then allow me also simplify my objective!
Hungary and Serbia are so strong that they don't want to make "puppet" from Japan. In fact they want to call home this hungarian-serbian emmigrants.
But these people who stays here are committed that they want a free Japan. I think that is clearly show, that they are good eJapanese!
Be more tolerant with them. What do you think, did you do everything to become their friend or not?
It just doesn't make sense. How could you come to eJapan, because you love the country, but refuse to acknowledge Japanese culture, all the while supporting Hungarian political party's and promoting Hungarian culture in eJAPAN?
Your words are inconsistent with his actions.
I am being very tolerant, this is a trial after all ^.^
If you believe my deductions are wrong, simply dispute them, with evidence of course. All I am trying to do is understand why he is acting against Japan, if he can prove this all a misunderstanding, then that's that.
A court of law is a logical attempt for disputing party's to understand where they disagree and how they can work things out.
This article is a joke.
Says the Hun.
Pride to be HUN, son of the mighty Atilla. Also pride to be e-japanese.
I just don't understand why people feel the need to bring their old culture to eJapan. I have seen your articles, and it looks like your are trying...but then I see the Hungarian flags which then makes it clear that your sincerity is a joke.
You are trolling the people of eJapan.
Just drop all this hungarian supremacy BS and join eJapan.
I see you're bored a lot! 😃
But at least the Japanese media is not dead! 😉
...and only "fabyzol" would be better, the "Mr." is so official! :3
Justice for Japan!
We could hardly call our selves civilized if formality is dead in our legal system! ^.^
A little communication would come a long way. By all means, in some aspects you've done a great job. People just don't like how you've been elected without any efforts towards campaigning and continue to neglect your duty as the president to keep its people informed in regards to your plans and developments taking place.
Setting that aside, provided this influx of immigrants behave well and look to integrate and not seclude themselves from the rest of the population (as they have been doing) their presence is a welcome change.
i dont understand the problem we all fight for japan
The point is that fabyzol is accused for making eJapan into some sort of colony for eHungary, thus he's basicly doing the same as eRoC, just internally in the country instead of a geographical invasion by eHungary.
that we see if there taking money from japan i will stoped this imediatly, just give me the facts
I'm the "leader" if we can use this title of the hungarian community, but the goal is to build a strong independent country which is allied with Serbia and Hungary! I hope our relations will develop in the future but we will save our own interest!
"independent", eJapan doesn't seem so independent with a leader from Hungarian politics. It just makes us look like puppets.
Never forget that a weak and independent Japan is better than a strong puppet Japan. I'm not against Aligning with the Serbs-Huns, I am against becoming a puppet state.
jsdf spent ower 400 golds and a lot tenks for the kongres, but we do it for japan
i dont want the virtual money only respect like a samurai o7
A samurai would not have any loyalty to Serbia, not to sound mean but you have to acknowledge the fact that Japanese are very loyal to their culture.
Arzyn, a samurai would have loyalty only his warlord or daimyo.
No Serbian Daimyo, just sayin.
And people wonder why eJapan remains occupied.
Same old articles and no unity.
Ouuuh, someone tried Faby before?
Perhaps it only seems the same to you as you never understood the problem to begin with.
The problem is the same since this game came out. eracism and ebigotry.
Well, at least you are aware of your problem.
Soon will out my article about this situation 😁
