Details about his Term, Explanations and Notes:
In short, our total Income this term was $97,574.13AUD and 1017.75GOLD and our total spending by the government was 126,131.77AUD and 420.57GOLD. In the end, we had a overspending of 28,557.64AUD due to underestimations in a few areas. However, a whooping profit of 597.18GOLD was made in this term. This gold profit will greatly benefit eAustralia in certain events in the future including the issue with Western Australia. The following paragraphs will have a further outline in the spending and income of this month.
If you thought last month’s boom of 1061 citizens was a huge number, have a look at this months. We had an increase of just over 25%, giving us a total of 1,344 new eAustralian citizens this month!! This rapid growth in citizens doesn’t look like it will slow down either. The release of our territories from eIndonesia has spiked eAustralia into a population leap. We are getting more and more citizens per week, breaking records on a weekly basis. Nevertheless, this growth contributed to $6720AUD being paid to the new citizens in In-Game citizen fees which surpassed the estimated $3750AUD in the July budget. Other than the economic cost being paid, this massive growth is welcomed!

In the Department of Defence, 90GOLD was assigned to acquire a Q3 weapons company to start stockpiling Q3 weapons for emergency use. With the Q1 Stockpiling being completed, the Department of Defence will begin on the Q3 Stockpile. Also, for the first time ever, the emergency fund was used by the Department of Defence. This was during the South-Australia Resistant War (which costed the nation 85GOLD) when the a small group of rogue eIndonesians began fighting back. With the risk of losing the war, the Department of Defence activated the fund. The assigned budget of $6500AUD was converted to 162.5GOLD for easy access to weapons and moving tickets to further supply the Militaries’ DropBears. Details are provided here This incident concluded with success with South Australia returned to our country. Other money such as BootCamp and the running as assigned to the Department of Defence.

The Department of Cultural Services used $800AUD with another further $1,200AUD into the Scavenger’s Competition which was provided to the nation. The Department of Industry had a few problems with its planned schemes and the Senate. It had a number of projects which needed approval of the Senate to continue. These projects were establishing Over-Seas Companies in Oil, Wood and Iron which was strongly rejected by the Senate. This left the Department of Industry to get its original share of $26,000AUD for Centrelink Companies and $40,000AUD for the Q5 Housing project. The return in profits of the Q5 Housing scheme gave the National Bank of Australia a total return of 192GOLD this term. This scheme has benefited the eAustralian public by providing very cheap Q5 houses to the people while giving back profits to the government.

In addition, we had a $60,000AUD print for 300GOLD to fulfil this budget. On the Monetary Market, the National Bank of Australia traded $28,011.77AUD for 700.29GOLD via the AUD Wall. This was traded through the currency benchmark of:

CURRENCY BENCHMARK
1AUD = 0.025GOLD
1GOLD = 40AUD

Senate projects included the Speaker Advertisement Announcements. This costed 5GOLD to create an organisation to set this up and another 5GOLD to pay for the newspaper fees. This added to 10GOLD in total. In foreign matters and payment, our wargames with PEACE GC has ended and they have returned 52.88GOLD which was the remaining amount of the prepaid wargames last month. A few weeks later, it was decided to commence and join the WarGames with Malaysia. 30GOLD was taken out of the treasury for the MPP to happen and 19GOLD in total was sent for payment for the WarGames. However, a week later a small problem arose. An aggression led by Thailand started to attack Malaysia, threatening the future of our War Games. An EO (Executive Order) was launched by our Deputy Prime Minister to provide funds to the Department of Defence to give military aid to Malaysia. This totalled 24.07GOLD and again, was another success from our military.

This is the end of another government term and another Finanace Report. I, Vorodor, enjoyed serving the people of eAustralia this term and hope to meet with you all in other areas in the future.

Thank You.
Vorodor
Minister of Finance.
