My sistem is simple...you hire at my company and i will give you 5CNY basic salary and depending on you skill of work i'll give u the folowing:

Expert 96well(12*q4 bread)
Specialist 88well(11*q4 bread)
Coordinator 80well(10*q4 bread)
Senior 56well(7*q4 bread)
Junior 48well(6*q4 bread)
Asistant 40well(5*q4 bread)
Apprentice 40well(5*q4 bread)

The basic condition is to work with 100well.
If things go well and there are a lot of offers...i will ofer daily a q5 weapon to every worker.But only if i have serious people on my team, daily workers and who wish to fight to gain more military power!
