Australia’s much envied and often copied scheme to help new players – the Joey Development Scheme – just got bigger and better than ever!

We are delighted to announce a new addition to the scheme which will use the idea of commune working to enrich both our young players and our great nation. “Tell me more”, I hear you cry. Well ok then!

The Program

The basic plan, as all good plans are, is very simple: Australian employers must hire eAustralian citizens with the emphasis on players in Division 1.

Employers will keep an eye on how many days their employees are working – for 7 days working in a row the employee will get 1 Gold which will come out of Government funds.

For each 10th 7-day bonus, the player will get an extra reward.

There will also be opportunities for the employees to purchase the goods created by all this hard work at knock down prices as well.

The Benefits

For workers, 1 gold a week is a great extra bonus for doing your standard job and it gets you into good habits of working every day.

For the employers, everybody needs strong workers so giving people this extra incentive to work hard will be great for the older players.

And for the country as a whole – active players are the lifeblood of the game and this should help our new players develop faster and get more involved more quickly.


At the moment, employers involved are:

Rusty D - who even pays an additional 1 gold per week worked – the business is located in Australia

BOUD1CCA - who pays a AUD50 daily wage (AUD35 + 3 x Q7 tanks) – located in Argentina
