Is an alu mine still profitable
Releasethe Krakken
First off this article will be voted. Mostly I see on the serbian feed propaganda against Backoovan when its clear certain key issues is left to the wayside by the current regime of dictators starting with Dio Maximus that did almost zero to get Serbia bonuses secondly by the current dictator that cant see that the economy has dropped and that we need an adjustment of work taxes. And as well this is important its deliberately ignored by the article writers. I'm certain pegging down Croatia is for you important but for me not making money is of grave concern.
Lastly this is in english. Because I am not going to disrespect your language by translating this with crappy translators.
Boobies.
Because looking at them on the interwebs now that plato has finally broken the economy might be the only reason I use the internet from now on.
This is based on USA Holding company data but is applicable here especially with your insane work taxes.
Alu mines will remain the guideline whether the larger economy is profitable or not. For a factory owner its simply put the most bang per buck. its what drives expansion in this game.
Remember work tax = work tax rate x average salary
Problem is very complex though. We all know the one overriding factor is the high salaries of the Q1 Air Missile Factories.
Indeed the average salary for the USA is 120. if you compare it to pre Air industry it was 40. That means your work tax increased 3 times even though the percentage stayed the same.
Pre Air Industry the USA 1% meant work tax = 40 x 1/100 = 0.40 per factory
and after Yui who is apparently a wombat changed it to 2% 0.80
Ok then we had a booming WRM industry with a nice period in the 0.05 range.
But after the air industry and the hefty 120 average 2% = 2.40 cc per factory.(BUT)
Meaning after the WRM's bottomed out at a dump price of 0.01cc it means per
253 WRM Produced at a
But your citizen country also determine your work taxes. So the USA gets
(120 X 2/100) x 80/100 = 1.92 and SERBIA who is a bit greedy ask us 5% even though they have city region bonuses.
(120 x 5/100) x 20/100 = 1.2
1.2 + 1.92 = 3.12 So wherefore erep asks us 3.47 only they will know?
It maybe even region based ?
Well anyway despite my math failing to match PLATO's for some reason.
The total is 3.47 and we make 253 wrm.
So for each 253 wrm we are making 2.53 cc meaning a loss of 0.93 working in our factories. So no more production in my 70 or so alu mines.
And this is across the board. I have 2 HC's in the USA working at a loss. 1 HC in Serbia working at a loss. Quickly checking 1 in Portugal working at a loss and finally 1 in Ireland operating at a slighter loss.
So this means from tomorrow all my alu mines will be switched off.
Yet again we saw how flawed Plato's thinking are. Introducing more non wam factories raises salaries raised the work taxes that these non wam factories do not pay.
Taking that a single non wam click gets 10 air missiles per 400 cc spend. And sells now for 30 cc = 300 cc or 100 cc loss .
Meaning communes or multi farms still will remain profitable at the expense of the whole of the economy. And we all know Romania is stuffed with multi farms.
A normal man would say a work tax on making production what kind of strange idea is this. But still if we are drifting away from wam clicks shouldnt the cost of a wam click be based on wam clicks and not salaries. your basing it on variable that is not used in its production. I dont need workers to make wrm so how in eFairy land do we pay work taxes based on the salaries we ourselves do not pay.
MMorpg is supposed to be a realistic story Like for example work tax on wrm = 10% of production. I could see how in the rl world one could pay this. but basing it on salaries and you have no workers in production tell us PLATO just bases game elements in a random haphazard way on variables. For example in the west they used to have missions in most the steps to finish them did not logically flow from reality.
tldr; if you didnt bother to read here is some videos
and from land of television spectacular KRASH I saw on my television

This is not a particularly bad step, maybe just too little too late.
If we want the economy to be fixed, companies have to be dissolved, and storages have to be cleared.
Maybe with steps like:
- Giving us a day without energy limit - everyone can fight as much as they want, as long as they have the food and the weapon
- Making the Boost the Economy days permanent - food's and weapon's durability is halved - so q7 tanks last 5 hits, q1 food only gives 1 energy, etc.
- Removing WAM from every company - making companies unprofitable is the only way to make people destroy them. When no one is producing, we'll use up the huge stocks from our/others' inventories.
This would be a good start, but you can imagine what a public outcry this would cause...
The problem is that everyone thinks that fixing the economy is something, that would be good for them, not realizing that they're the problem with the economy.
"MMorpg is supposed to be a realistic story"
You know what's the difference? In real life we can't all be rich. Any one of us has the chance to be, but all of us won't. For every rich man, thousands have to be poor or middle class.
But who comes to a game to be poor? I can be poor RL, I don't need to play a game for that. 😃
But when too many people are rich, everyone is self-sustaining, everyone produces surplus, but no matter how much more they produce than they need, no one will buy it, as no one needs it (they produce their own). This way, if everyone becomes rich, none of us will be rich. We'll all be average, exactly the same.
To solve this, we need a system, where there is a limited number of companies that can be in a region and for example the gov could approve them. Companies would need to be configured, but the economy would surely be fixed. Oh, and we'd lose all players, so there's that for why it'll never happen.
Also for the first part, the famous "EBs only increase energy limit so you'll still have to use food to recover the energy" idea is good too.
wam clicks is the only economically viable tool. It allows mass production which allows by grinding a ever increasing profit to a player. my point here is or in the next article that the cost of wam clicks should be separated from salaries. unless your mouse break you can always make a wam click however people these days are so against the grain they will only work for you if it makes them money.
Is not profitable in any country.
I have 64 comps between Q5/Q4 WRM raws allocated at Southern Serbia
Take a loof of this:
https://gyazo.com/04c105344ac7b198ea03a5572e99b557
Work TAX: 395.36 RSD
Energy Loss: 640
WRM Production: 22362 instead of 23900 like months before.
At the actual price of WRM at 0.02 at serbia
1- You've to wait over days to sell that amount to win:
0.02x22362 = 447,24 RSD - 395.36 RSD = 51.88 RSD PER DAY.
If u sell at 0.015 at blackmarket will be
0.015x22362 = 335.43 - 395.36 RSD = -59.93 RSD Per day.
This situation became like 2 years ago when the WRM went from 0.08 to 0.02 for few months. A lot players get out, and now with their "amazing improves" they ruined the game again only to make
PAY-TO-WIN using VISA.
Don't know about other countries. But I left 1 year ago from usa, because excesive WOrk tax, and now countries like serbia are fucking us.
So nice
