How to improve dictatorship module [KZ No.1]

Hello dear readers,
a long long time since I wrote it, so after such a long break I decided to start new newspapers as a sign of a new beginning.
Today's topic will be a dictatorship and my proposal to change this module.
Looking at the list of countries of eRepublik, it is easy to notice that 2/3 of them are under dictatorships. In my opinion it does seem a bit ridiculous and illogical compared to the real life. In addition, the vast majority of those countries that are under a dictatorship are in fact organized "self-dictatorship" which tells us how bad everything is designed in this case by admin. Citizens of these countries are denied the right to political life because it leads, in this case only one person and a couple of his close associates (call them the government). Some will say that despite the dictatorship, some of countries have Congress and the government that all laws voted through group messages or something, and I'm asking why all this work when there is a voting system from the first day of this game until today, why bother ? It would be interesting to see how the voting look like.
What I am saying is that the vast majority of 2/3 of these countries (under dictatorship) with dictatorship gained nothing but trouble. A small part of that 2/3 countries (under dictatorship) are under real dictatorship, but in 100% of cases, this dictatorship is not used to control that country (the conduct of foreign and domestic policy), but only for looting the treasury of these countries. And what the citizens of these are going to do after months of looting of their country? Imagine yourself in that situation.
But as much as I indicated to you the problems of dictatorship, btw I think you are also aware, it seems that admin is not good with abolish of dictatorship. So I will not even attempt to initiate any petition for revocation.
What I want are changes in this module that will improve things in the e-world and make them more realistic.
The main and the only change which in my opinion can lead to an improvement of this module is to increase the price of launching a military coup at 1,000,000 as well as raising the price of starting revolution to 1,000,000.
What specifically will this change bring?
-Well certainly will reduce the number of countries that are under a dictatorship which would correspond to the situation in real life.
-Not every military unit could launch a military coup, but only the strongest, richest.
-Military units who would start the coup would not have benefited from the looting of the country because the price of the coup was much higher than the money they would get after looting of the country, so the coup would only start units that have enough money, and whose only reason is establishing control over a country (leading its foreign and domestic policy).
-Regarding the former dictatorships, the price of the first revolution after the potential introduction of these changes will remained the same (200,000).
On this occasion I would ask you to VOTE AT THE FORUM for the introduction of this change that would definitely change the look of e-world, when I say change I mean improve.

Only CS allowed to fight would be an easy way to make it better....
Than 1 PTO will mean end for that country, forever.

Agree with what Jordic says about the CS part as it will help stop outside MTO's.
In regards to the price rise, to be honest it will deter some, but the powerful MUs that have the money can afford 1mil easily. And for them it is more about lolz then an actual MTO.
For Australia, our self-dictating is the best of the worse caused by Plato. We did it to prevent an MTO and have stuck with it, everything still gets run past congress, the dictator gold goes to the country. But it also takes 'something' from the congress debates etc. However with out it, we are an open target for MTO's.
But it is also based upon trust, for us the people who have run as self-dic are well known by our public so they are trust worthy and they also know that we have MUs who are happy to 'revolution' if things go south.
So Australian dictatorship protect Australia from MTO. Is that the real purpose of dictatorship in RL for example? No! So that makes this module useless. My proposal could make it usefull.
It will be possible that every country get MTOed, but It would be much harder for dictator to establish dictatorship. With coup price of 200k, big MU's wont regret that money. Do you think that, for example, Nemesis would start coup in Hungary (few days ago) just for fun, if the price was 1milion. I don't think so.

Where did I say this thing from Plato is good? I said our self-dictating is the best of a worst caused by Plato.
Being 1 mil, I can easily dictate a country and have 2 mil spare for COs, Nemesis chose a big and strong, powerful country. If someone wanted to MTO one, they should look at mid level countries and offer them something the people want. Ruthless successfully did it. If you want to do it for the cash, you aim for a country that can generate money. Indo holding all its regions would be a perfect example of a country you could dictate, raise the taxes and make the money back with in the 10 days. Since they have numbers, but the majority are new div 1 players.
But if you set the MTO price as 1 mil and also the revolution price of 1 mil, which citizens can afford to free themselves from the dictator? If they went your planned route, they need to have the revolution at a cheaper price to enable people to overthrow a evil dictator.
Also this is the hand we are dealt with, Plato is not going to change it unless it is to his benefit. So we need to work with what we have. We need to empower MU's who fight against hostile MTO's and support the ones who have gone down the self dictator route.

Perhaps the cost to launch a dictatorship should be 1,000,000 but the cost of a CW should remain the same...

Okay, I agree on launching a Coup should be more expensive, but can't agree on 2nd improvement option .
Well,imagine someone will pay that freaking 1kk and will successfully set dictatorship in my country.
My country has 2-5 k income per day ,also not many of us are wealthy enough to pay that 1kk and then fight with tons of kkk dmg .
So what objection I have is :
Revolution cost should remain as it's now, or increase to maximum of 300k .
And what also should be changed is determination coefficient time for increasing .
well if now (just saying) 1 point of coefficient is acquired per 10 days, it should be increased to 15
(cuz compared to starting the coup ,revolution would have significant advantage) .
Well maybe you are right with 2nd 'improvement option'.

Dictatorship is really on the bottom list of things to be changed/improved.

Only way to improve the Dictatorship module, is to scrap it altogether.
i agree.... but it's a money maker. maybe admin will accept this compromise.
