Here's a letter wrote by him to his countrymen and to our Serbian Leaders

Dear Japanese people and our Leaders,

Thank you for being there in times we have found ourselves in turmoil just now, we can overcome it don't worry, we have no intentions in surrendering, No more September 1945, we will liberate this archipelago, we will overcome our fears, we will become one country called the "Great Republic of Japan". We will never cease to have great prowess in the battlefield, since our imported leaders never ceased to rule us on trying to liberate each of the island or region of Japan for even if we have experienced a lot of ups and downs on the battlefield. Nevertheless we should keep fighting even though our enemies keep losing and reclaiming our liberated lands for we must fight four our country and we must be strong for we have been in this position days before when the Portuguese airstrike occurred. We shall not falter, we shall not tremble and above all, keep your faith and claim the Victory.

To the leaders, thank you very much for being there and not leaving our country under any given circumstances. You've been there for our safety and for our reclamation, We never have seen such valor of leading a country filled with turmoil and war. You became a lesson, a heir to the past Romanians. Thank you very much, If only there were people in the locale who has your nerves and your genius. Thank you very much, I wish you'd all be a good leader and I wish that you'd also be good diplomats so that we can increase our allies and also our face in the outside world. Your leaders back at home were great allies for our Japanese People. May we, the Japanese people and the Serbian people have good and common understanding of our goals as we become fond of what our both nations has come to have.
