The 2 main reasons to get a house are:
1) More energy to fight
2) Working Overtime

At current market prices and wages only a Q1 house can pay for itself from overtime work.

At time of writing this article:
The market price for a Q1 House is 236 and
The market wage is 42.50 or 39.10 after taxes

So after taxes pay for the week would be 273.7 which more than covers the cost of the Q1 House.

So Homeless in eUSA you definitely should buy a Q1 House if you have a job paying market wage.

If you work in a commune, you should ask if the commune would pay you for overtime work.
