General Cartman Lee said he is engaged to a French girl who is actually a politician.
Incidentally I checked out her FB page and I don't think GCL speaks French 😛

He keeps on lying, lol! I like how he uses the tactic of, deflect and defer when being put on the spot about a lie. Then when that doesn't work he just goes to deny, deny, deny.. It would be interesting to have a criminal profiler look over everything he has ever wrote.
