Farewell
Zinaa
I never thought I would create a newspaper one day but here I am after playing this game for more than 3 years!
The recent events in eIndia and all the name calling and finger pointing and insults basically made me think about writing an article. As many of you know, I am a loyal member of United Aggression and I have the useless title of 2nd command lol. It all started in Canada where I was a member of CAF for a long time but very disappointed in how they handled their huge MU. Ralph Kline started a MU called CSD. I always had and have a lot of respect for this man so I joined his new MU and it all started from there. Ralph left and gave the MU to CFovetS and he became the supplier & commander of this small MU. Our friendship started from there and continues till now. His friendship, his decency & principals and his knowledge of the game is an outstanding asset and I am proud to have a great friend like him. I don’t want to bore you with what happened in Canada or USA and why we left our home(s). It’s an old story and most descent people in Canada and USA know what the real truth was. There came a time that we all felt we had to find a new home and get away from all the trolling and corruption & theft.
After a lot of thought, we decided to move to a small and peaceful pro-Eden country where we can integrate and enjoy the game. Somewhere that is not as corrupt as most ecountries and speaks English. So we all decided on eIndia and here we are. From the moment we stepped into India, hostilities and accusations started. Article after article about UAgg and it’s intentions. It was like we were in a court and had to defend ourselves! It was quite exciting actually and the pros & cons made comments on all the articles and it became a lively place until the recent events took place. Everyone knows that we are a Pro-eden MU. We have never denied that fact. One of the reasons we chose India was because they were pro-eden otherwise we would never request CS here. Our MU consists of different age groups but most of us are mature players who like to play this game with decency, loyalty, integrity and honesty. We don’t cheat or steal or troll other players. You may not agree with our views or beliefs but that is a different story. Some of us are only interested in the military part of the game (like me) and others are interested in the media or in the politics. What is important for us all is that we are like a efamily in erepublik. We respect each other & support each other and although our views are not always the same, we all get along.
I am not talking about the rest of the MU members now as I am sure they will have their own thoughts on this. I have decided to leave India because I don’t feel I belong here anymore. I have even stopped fighting or tanking for India because my beliefs are very different from yours. I really hope that the path you guys have chosen is the right path. I really do. I respect your decision as a nation and I wish you all the best in the future. Our paths are separate and I don’t want to be a dead weight in this land and just criticize and complain. I am sure karma will take me where I can be more useful.
I sincerely want to thank the Indian government for accepting our CS and I also want to thank all our friends and foes for all the excitement they created in the past few months. Ashwamedh, you don’t know me but I have a lot of respect for you as a person and a wise man. Many thanks to Hamturk, Alector, Navincharles, Asmitatheone, Mohan B, Abhinay Gupta and all the people who cheered when I was tanking for India. I am sure I have forgotten some great people but meh......they will get over it 😉
God bless you all & wish India all the best

Hail Zina!
Hail UAgg!!
Hail EDEN!!
I felt the same way as Zina last night. EIndia has been a marvelous place and it is exciting to see the team begin the process of coalescing. Take your time, talk and trust each other to make rational, fact based decisions. Death and Taxes is there to remind you about the importance of a plan and of transparent public participation. I'm too ancient for the excitement and envy you the exuberance of a youthful outlook. You are masters of your future now. That is a blessing in itself. Thank you.
ZINA: is that really 360 MILLION damage you have done for eIndia? in like a month?? Maybe hold on for a day or two and get the extra 40 million for the True Patriot gold.
Atleast you admit you were never loyal to India and it's interest but to EDEN( whatever that thing is). ; )
Well, that was worth waiting three years for! I predict a media mogul medal soon...
In the end it's your decision, but I do feel the endgame is coming soon, certainly within this CP term, and that being the case, perhaps your MU can make a collective decision?
Either way, all the best

My dear Bulgarian friend, I have never had difficulty being loyal to my wife plus my children plus my country plus my school plus my corps plus my club plus my etc. It wasn't difficult to be loyal to eIndia, her interests, plus Eden. I could continue to do so without the least effort. It is simply a matter of choosing. I don't speak for Zina she has already done so eloquently - eloquently enough to shine brilliantly beside your dull suggestion that a human being is incapable of negotiating concurrent allegiances and weighing out appropriate behaviour. Or maybe you were just trolling? in which case just ignore this post.
Thanks for Contribution Zina ..
Good luck..
Here I thought you meant goodbye to the game which was going to make me very sad. Good thing I didn't follow you over to India as I had thoughts of doing. 😛 Decent article.

There are still people here who are pro-eden. Even to some of us, fighting against croatia or eden countries is undigestable with friends in either side.May be you could stay here for another month or two to see how things go.
But whatever decision you make, I respect you as a person & fights for eIndia. No one can take that honor from you and your MU.
Atleast we did make you create a newspaper in 3 years of your elife 🙂
Don't leave (:

Hail Zina!
Hail UAgg!!
olivermellors, i wasn't trolling just commented on what's written in this article.
we made u create Newspaper... xD
I think the point that is being missed is that you became too politically active and that is the reason for resentment to appear and grow. That coupled with the fact that you had prior loyalties before coming to India which while not superseding the ones you have for your new home, preceded them and so when the two were no longer in complimentary you were presented with a problem.
The solution so far has been to try and influence the locals into accepting your view of things. To be honest I don't find this as appropriate and most of you as Canadians should know well what it feels to have others trying to influence your countries politics and policies for you.
None of this means you're not mature, honest, loyal or anything else, it is merely a problem of values. In the end as you said you've come here so you're obliged to accept the wish of the people who accepted you.
Big words for a two day old Dick.

.. and congrats Zina on probably the second best thing you can spend 2 gold on. I still can't do it and will pay my daily e-gym membership with it 😑
@eRichard Parker
Some of your points may be correct but i think it was more the timing of our immigration to eIndia. We came here assuming that we are going to a pro-eden country but it actually was a transitional period for eIndia to change alliances. If we had moved here much earlier, we basically shared the same views thus no disagreements in this extent.
All the best
good luck
I was one of the people who didnt trust UAgg in the beginning and felt UAgg was a threat... Didnt take me long to realise what a great bunch you all are... Though I have nt spoken to you, I have good belief in Addy and CFovets... Like I earlier commented in one of the articles, it is clearly eIndia's loss, atleast thats what my belief is.. The choice to leave is absolutely yours and I respect your decision whatever it is.. Should you choose to leave, all the very best!! 🙂 🙂 Respect!!
Great article. V + S from me. I guess very few people are sorry for all that happened as I do. Although my Uagg path is very similar to Zinas', as a natural (RL) Croat I thought I might help my eCountry eCroatia, since eCroatia and eIndia were friendly neighbors and both were pro-EDEN countries, so when the rest of UAgg went to eIndia, I went to eCroatia. but the events that followed shocked me and I felt so ashamed by being a Croat. I love Croatia and eCroatia and will never stop love it, it's my homeland, but people that leads the eCountry are not the people whom I would like to have for friends. Any kind of xenophobia and/of of racism is unacceptable to me. So I have decide to leave eCroatia and will re-join UAgg. They all are my friends and eFamily, like Zina said. Being a member of UAgg was the best days of my eLife (eBrian eAdams LOL).
There are still people here who are pro-eden. Even to some of us, fighting against croatia or eden countries is undigestable with friends in either side.May be you could stay here for another month or two to see how things go.

@zina80
You have to agree that your "assumption" is not really the fault of anyone in India and thus any problems coming from it not being correct are your to deal with.
Weather India was in a transitional period before I'm not going to argue but the track record sugests otherwise since it agreed to give up half it's territory for the benefit of Croatia and EDEN. Seems quite illogical to me that they would be in a transitional period and moving away from EDEN while doing that.
Main argument I'm making is that your position is clear, so has become the position of Croatia and EDEN become clear and now the Indians are the ones that have to make their choice and should be left to do so and all of us foreigners are obliged to accept it no matter what that choice is.
@dhruvs
size doesn't matter, it's all in the wrist!
then again I'm sure you already knew that.....
Take the others UAgg members with you please
o7.
lol @ "size doesn't matter, it's all in the wrist!"
hahahha well said mate - truly owned!!!
@ Zina - thank you for the mention and while we have had our differences, I always appreciated the fact that UAgg did continue to fight (I have had some interesting discussions with Roger) On a personal level, it has been quite interesting and challenging (and thus fun!) Your departure will certainly leave open a void ... BUT I think it is the correct thing to do - to be true to what you believe in. I just wish you guys had been around a while and seen things how they developed from our point of view.
I wish you all the best and hope that the future may have us on the same page again (whichever side it is)

@eRichard Parker
I did not say my "assumption" was the fault of anyone did I? Also when i accept CS of a country, i don't consider myself a "foreigner". It becomes my country & my land. I fight for it & will be loyal to it as I have been while i was a citizen here. Please check my damage for India and then judge me. I am leaving anyways, so there is no need to add salt to the wound but thanks for the words of wisdom.
o/
I'm not judging anyone and by "you" I meant the whole group, not personally.
As for India becoming your country, your land, it only does os if you leave behind any old allegiances at the door. As you have clearly stated here, this is not the case, but rather assumed that both had same allegiances.
Again no one is at fault, however I still believe that it is the prerogative of the RL Indians to choose the path and policy of the country and the rest should accept it one way or another.
Sorry Richard it doesn't work that way. India has reasonable rigorous citizenship laws and regulations, bringing in UA was obviously going to be a massive risk in terms of how they fitted into eIndian society, and the restriction placed on the unit and its members reflect this.
This is a game. One of the joys and quirks of the game is the cross-pollination of RL citizens in different countries. It's something to be embraced as countries that don't have a vocal 'foreign' contingent tend to stagnate and become rather nationalistic in nature.
My perspective is that all eIndians are equal and have an equal say. I would make a caveat for myself and others that 'are just passing through', but UA are supposed to be here for the long haul, so their voice counts.
Sad to see you leave, but whatever you do, best of luck! o7
I guess this sums it up for me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HpixdTlYlKU
LOL I meant this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-l5FyA3pgo that other one is foolish.
LOL Roger.......that's better 😃
btw, who is eRichard Parker really? definitely not a noob! It's great to see that oldies are back to the game with new names but a little confusing.
