Today I was asked a very important question by one of the more faithful members of Easy Company, and since I can imagine that this is a question that is also on many other minds, I will address it publicly.

Here is the question in a nutshell:

Easy Company claims to be open to all people regardless of political affiliation, so how can you allow your captains to encourage our members to vote against Pizza the Hut? Doesn't that go against our principle of being politically neutral?

Good question.

Here's my explanation.

EZC's primary loyalty will always be the eUSA.

Pizza the Hut is one of the very few people in this game who has been named an "Enemy of the State." This is a serious designation that has been made by a multi-partisan body known as Congress.

And in fact, Congress after congress has upheld this determination, meaning if there is only one thing that leader after leader after leader can agree on, it is that Pizza the Hut/Ajay Bruno/General Cartman Lee is a threat to National Security.

When we click "Fight", we click it against our enemies... against the nations of ONE... we click "Fight" against anyone who threatens our National Security or the Security of our allied nations.

But Pizza the Hut (along with any other person who is judged by our government to be an "Enemy of the State") is not able to be battled against by clicking "Fight". He can, however, be fought by clicking "Vote".

In other words, endorsing an anti-AjayBrunoCartmanPizzaLee vote is not a POLITICAL maneuver, it is a MILITARY one.

That is why Easy Company participates in such maneuvers. It is because our loyalty to the eUSA is not a POLITICAL loyalty, it is a MILITARY loyalty, and Pizza the Hut is an enemy of the state like Serbia or Poland or Indonesia.

So no. I do not apologize for our participation in the efforts yesterday to prevent a National Enemy from gaining power in a top 10 Political Party. His attempted leadership of such a party is not a Political maneuver on his part but a Military coupe that has failed.

As Commander of Easy Company, I wish to thank those among our ranks who sacrificed their "Vote" click for the benefit of eUSA. Your sacrifice on this particular battlefield has helped to preserve the integrity of our Government by blocking one of the most persistent enemies of our Freedom, General Cartman Lee.

Appropriately, I am publishing this in the category of "Warfare analysis."
