eRepBelgium meet 2013 - the conclusion

Well, here it is.
The conclusion of the eRepBelgium Meet 2013!

These people where there:
* tommot(of-course)
* MCKitkat
* Jofroi
* MaartenW

As i said in the previous articles, this one(just like last year) took place in Brussels.
This is how it started

✔ I arrived in the station as first and set myself up for a long wait in the main hall(i was ± 2 hours to early).
✔ Eventuall(45 minutes after i arrived MCKitkat walked up to me asking if i was Tom Reniers(that's me). We had introduced ourselfs and then i went quite. I never was much of a talker in RL and apparently so was MCKitkat.
✔ I think it was 10 or 15 minutes when i saw Jofroi on the other side of the hall looking around in the corner where we where waiting the previous year. I walked up to him(with MCKitkat following) and we had ourselfs another introduction.
✔ Fairly quickly Jofroi started some conversations while we waited in the corner and eventually we moved to the center of the hall holding up the sign(look at banner in top of this article) and again we had a long waiting.
✔ I stated in the other articles that we would wait 30 minutes past the agrred meeting hour and so we did. Then we just made a tour around the station to see if we could find someone else, but we didn't and so we moved on towards the bowling alley.
✔ On the way over we bumped into MaarteW who was a bit later because of different arrangements. And we moved along to the bowling.
✔ With the help of Jofroi we quickly started to play a game...


The first game was pretty much a warm-up as the scores where low.
From the beginning MCKitkat was making the highest scores, altough i did came close for a moment. MaartenW was closing the ranks trying to find the best way to play.

In the second game we made some higher scores yet MaartenW did end up as last one again.
This time Jofroi took the lead and kept it trough-out that game and even managed to get himself 3 strikes. MCKitkat got 2 strikes and i had 1 as well.

Here are the scores of the games:

After these games(which appeared to go faster then one would think) we went for a walk around the center of Brussels.
We didn't really looked for anything specific except that we did tried to find "Manekken pis"(no, not the player) somewhere around the Grand-Place. In the end we just couldn't find it so we just moved on to look for a good place to eat.

That's where we had something to eat. Burgers(better the McDonalds) chili con carne & a meat assortiment where the choices we made.

Here i also gave the little present i made for this meet. We joked a little about some of it's content.

Next thing after we had a full belly(good food) we walked around again looking around for a better place to have a drink where we then talked some more about how things where in the past versions of eRepublik and how these changes effected the economical part of it.
We also talked a little bit about politics yet the focus always ended back to the economics of things.
Then after that we went back towards the station to drop of MCKitkat who had to return to get home.

After this we went out for a final drink before we moved on again and settled in a nice park near a church.
There we talked some more about economics(surprise) and about being a moderator/administrator.

At this time i decide to go home and we walked to the station again and said a quick goodbye.
