eRepBelgium meet 2013(almost there)

EREPBELGIUM MEET 2013
See them face-to-face...

We have not chosen the final date yet(see furter below).

This meet will take place in Brussels and will start at Station-Brussel-centraal(main hall) where we introduce each other and where will wait for 30 minutes before proceeding to...

Our first stop will be the bowling-alley http://www.crosly.be where we will shoot a few games and we talk some more. And I will try to get something nice for everyone(i can not promise this with certainty).

After hitting a few strikes we will head for the center of Brussels to see some of the nice things in town and a-long the way we drop by a place to get something to eat and drop by a bar or so to have a drinks.
The end of this meeting will be decided on the moment itself. If you think that getting back home isn't a problem so late then you can always stick around a bit longer and have some more laughs...

Now for some practical details:

* When arriving at the gathering spot you will probably recognize my face (my in-game and forum avatar are actually a photo of myself) but I will be holding up a board that says "erepbelgium" in big letters.

*This is the exact address of the bowling-alley (just in case you need it): Keizerlaan 36 1000 Brussel.
* Here are the prices of the bowling you should remember so you have enough in your pocket: price per game/person → 4,50 € Price for renting bowling-shoes: 1,00 € per pair.
* If there are more then 5 people who like to play Q-Zar laser game

As i stated in the beginning, we have not set the date yet, but limited the choices to 4 dates(all on a Saturday).
It is now up to you to choose which day is the most suitable one for you.: On what day you can come.
To meet the first upcoming date, this poll will last until 21th August(next upcoming Wednesday).

The following dates can be chosen: 24 August, 31 August, 21 September, 28 September.
