Does eJapan need Natural Enemy?

I think we need NE to boost our training.
If 100 people train a day, that means an extra 50 strength in eJapan.
That's will be an extra help to build our strength to help or attack other country
(I don't think eChina or else will attack eJapan in the next month). So it will be ok. (last direct battle eJapan involved is 3 months ago)
So, if i'm elected to be congressman, that was my promise. To propose new natural enemy.
who is the country? (i think a far-far away country with minimal attack power eChina or eIndonesia😁

Do matter what game mechanics say, in my heart South Korea will ALWAYS be our NE.
this whole NE thing is still new to me.

Can't NE a country you don't share a border with though.
@Mac It gives us an additional 10% when we train, 0.5 strength to be exact.
We could agree with from countries friendly to us about training NE.
Nations we share a Border with for 500: Who are eRussia,eChina and eUsa?
Might be just me but I doubt any of those is in need of a "training war"
Yes, there are simply no good targets for NEing.
Canada, the US and Russia are currently invaded .. so they are already busy + they will lose our MPP if we NE them.
China and Indonesia are suicidal.
SK is blocked by China at the moment, same for NK.

If it were possible to set an NE with the advantages excelling the disadvantages, the congress would have set one already.
congress don't have people who can negotiate the NE to china or Indonesia. so, there is no NE in eJapan
Yeah, that surely is the reason... Please negotiate NE with China, I would love to fight some resistance wars... *goes searching for a nice country to live in exile*
