Attention my fellow eIrish comrades...

Today, Day 3,052 of the New World, marks the beginning of a new dawn for eIreland. We, of The Revolutionary Banist Party, do hereby solemnly declare the creation of an Irish Socialist Republic free from control of eLithuania and the political elite in eIreland. The colonized nation of eIreland no longer functions as a State and therefore we have been given no other choice but to seize power from the State itself and bring it back into the hands of the eIrish people.



We declare that the political power be stripped from the current administration and we urge the people to seek the establishment of the Dublin Commune. The Dublin Commune will be the counter-institution to the current State and act as the government of the people. The most convenient way to establish the Commune is to first seize State power so we can transform the governmental structures; doing it without State power will require considerably more organization and dedication on all of us. To accomplish this in the most convenient fashion it is imperative that you vote Cat Boyd in the upcoming Country Presidential race. I will be running on a platform of bold revolutionary reforms such as:

- The abolition of Congress. The Congress is dull and weak, this is not entirely the fault of the people who occupy it but of game mechanics, so I propose the Dublin Commune to become the new foundation for a functioning democratic republic.

- The abolition of the Constitution. It no longer wields any power and we shouldn't pretend it does. There will be no effort to reinstall a Constitution unless proposed by referendum.

- In order to enact these reforms it is necessary that I become dictator; mandated by the people through democratic vote. These reforms will clean up the political mess we've been in for months now and bring about new opportunities that will stand to benefit players and the nation.

- Negotiation will be utilized to its max effectiveness in achieving a peaceful removal of eLithuania. I won't lie and say I have all the cards in my hand, I am a part of several plans to liberate our island, but I can promise that we will end the occupation within a month. Domestic MU leaders and allies will be contacted for a concerted effort if negotiations fail repeatedly. But let it be known that under my dictatorship our concentration will be on improving the social infrastructure, community engagement, and activity of our nation. By investing in this we will surely achieve a more formidable fighting force in the long run.



The establishment of a Banist dictatorship will enable the radical transformation of eIrish society - and the achievement of a Irish Socialist Republic made possible. Whether or not I am elected we will carry on with these plans, just with much greater difficulty. No matter what political party you are in now, or if you aren't in any party, we ask that you join us in the fight to not only liberate our lands but to also liberate and transform our society.

Public forums will be held weekly in Community Articles, there will be a lottery and games offered as well in these articles, along with a nationwide recruitment drive which offers rewards for players bringing in people from other countries and outside the game. The people will be given the ability to propose referendums and I will personally be responsible for answering each of them. Opinion polls will be published weekly on dictator performance as well as the satisfaction with the Commune. Communication and accountability will be the new standard. This will also include weekly financial reports.

It is too late now for the people of eIreland to return back to their long slumber. The beast of Banism has been awoken, the reactionary elements of eIrish society are still mustering their forces but not in time to defeat the radical upheaval of the eIrish Revolution! We cannot achieve this Republic without your help. We cannot achieve this new society without your activity, dedication, creativity, and courage. There will be those who laugh, mock, or don't take this Declaration seriously - they are but cowards who would rather shoot at each other's feet than to pick each other up from our degraded existence under occupation. eIreland will never be free so long as we continue to resurrect zombies who want to play the same way we've been playing for years. Now is the time we have fun, we play the game, in a different way, joined together under the banner of the Irish Socialist Republic!
