Dear Government: A New Minister?

In real life (and yes, to those who think I'm lying, I'm actually a 14 year old girl 😁
), I've always dreamt about being appointed Minister of Fun and Creativity!. To me, it sounded like a grand title. I still feel the same way even after all this time though. The bursting need to share my idea, silently hoping no one will laugh afterwards when I share how I want to be that special person. The chosen one.
Imagine if you were selected to make others happy, based on your wit, humour, and your seemingly natural comicalness, hand-picked from all the other applicants to let your ideas blossom like a garden of roses in the spring sun. Wouldn't it be wonderful? Can you imagine it like I do? You would receive a medal, which in my mind is in the form of a Joker's hat; 2 sceptres crisscrossing in front of it; labelled 'Laughter' and 'Imagination'.
Despite how comical some of our parliament members are, I think we need someone who we know can fulfill the requirements to step up for the job. Just like witnessing a remarkable piece of art, it could change your whole look on life forever. Like taking a breath of fresh air on land after being in sea for the entirety of it. Something new- something wonderful.
It may seem silly to you; foolish even. But even so, maybe like that piece of art I was talking about (though my work does not even compare to many great works), I can change your mind.
And if what I wish does end up being a reality... I'd be honoured to serve as Canada's first~
