Join the new world

The degradation of the social relationships in eBrazil recently,forced me to stand up and express my opinion.My candidacy has no main object the winning of the elections but the exposion of the problems identified by me and the proposal of solutions to this problems,offering ,in this way,to all brazilien citizens the possibility to head on out to the current internalconflict
Before exposing my 10 important points of my program,I would like to tell you a little story from my childhood..........
In my gramma s village (in romania)which is not far from the border with Hungary ;there was a hungarian family,and they were permanently treated as “vinitura” (outsider)in my family conversations;so my curiosityforced me to ask my gramma ,why is that family called like that....
mY gramma ,a emancipated person,explained methat they were not originary from this village,but from another country,so they’re foreigners(strangers).
I just couldn t restrain myself without asking..”They ‘ve been here for how long?”,and she said 40 years,surprised that i asked her that.
Well ,but that means that they”ve been here longer than me,since i m only 7 years old,so they can t be called “vinitura”because I came after them.
To this statement my gramma remained speachless,and 30 years later ,i m pleased to know that in that village at least one family(mine) has normal relationships with them.
I do not claime o change one ‘ s behaviour,can’t force anyoen to improve himself,a lot of people think i speak in vain.
But i still remain true to my principles and to the Christan ethics that my gramma passed me and i hope in time everyone will take what s best from life s experiences.
So ,as this family,it s been quite a while since i m in Brazil,i m the most active brazilian playerand it’s time for me to share my vison of this game.

1.Freedom

every player is free to play this game as he wishes,but respecting the game s rules and the other players of course ,no matter if they’re friends or enemies.
Each player must be concerned on his personal account priority,to develop it economicly and militarily before consuming all his resourses in a fight ,no matter how important that might be.
Fights come and go,the regions are lost and reconquered,but what matters foe the nation is that you can be present in the battlefield tomorrow...
Thats why players that are using winning a BH and CH as a way to fund themselves must be treated with respect ,because they will continue growing stronger and i m sure that in the most difficult moments we can count on them.

2.100 per cent bonus

eBrazil is a superpower and it has to remain one.This is due (in a part) to it s geographical position (weak neighbours,only 2 ennemies in borders..)and that allows easily to detain permanently that bonus of 100 per cent.
Obvoiusly ,that this bonus atracts players from another countries,and as a general rule ,playerswith big investiments,bringing additional income and un important strike force available because of the time lag ,during times when most or real brazilians are not connected.
Brazilan’s governement decision to fight against Brazil to loose regions(and bonus)only to stop another player to candidate to congress it a a frightining absurdity.I’ve never seen anything like it before ,or elswhere.;although thre’re players from abroad which are elected in Congressin USA,Croatia,China... etc....
This penalties primarily the local population ,because the foreigners that come to Brazil,have the resoursesto get through the crises or lack of bonus.
This actions bring harm tto the alliance of which Brazil is or will be apart ,not only economicly but militarily too ,by nonasistance of the allies.
We should not forget that the main front is fra away from Brazil s borders and if today we have a great number of monorities is because B. didn t fought neough for it s allies in the most important moments.
This bo,nus must remain a priority any brazilian governement.

3.Increasing the number of citizens

“A nation that does not grow,dies.”
From different documentaries from real life,I understood that the las people on Earth will be the braziliens.All developed countries have a problem with birth.(natality),and despite rasism that grows in Europe,it still needs 150millions emigrants to keep their social level.
Like in the game,some politiciens explote people s fear of the unknown,giving them false informations ,with only objective of getting votes in the elections.
This brings enormous harm to the european societies;Europe bloks itself,closes borders,and in the context of a international crises ,loosing social advantages accelarates.
If in FRance (for example),the ideam would be 8 active persons for 1 inactive,reality showsthat we’re at 4 active for 1 inactive and soon we ll be 2 to 1 .
I ll let you imagine the consequences....
The message that the foreigners are taking the bread away from french people s moth is completely wrong.there will always be sectors with more job offers than candidates.

In the game ,like in real life,some people consider that it s better to keep foe themselves the big part of the cake,trying to hide their egoism behind nacionalist slogans.

B needs to change it s attitude towards new players or foreigners;they must be integrated not excluded.
The idea that a nex player will be a direct competitor it s completely erronated ;I reminde you that our biggest client ,who buys our product is Plato.
So 99 per cent of the money that comes to me and to the braziliansociety ,comes directely from Plato,he s the one that can make changes in the economic sistem.
The fight between the ones that have a big profit and the ones that want a bigger one will and …. in uniformity....
The real life Brazil is a country in a full economic development ,un important partener in internacional negociations.
It would be a shame to leave this beautiful picture be marred by the selfishness of some frustrated players.

4.Transparency

Any money from the state budget must be justifiedin complete transparency,so that all citizens can see where money goes and what they re used for.
We can presume for example that on a public file ,anyone can see nunogomes took 40k brl to fight in a important batle (soon will be bazooka and energy bars).there will always be some to criticize the decision but also those who will understand the necessity.It s the duty of politicions to asume the taken decisions.
Also a maximum transparency will bring faith in the government and in the difficult moment we may count for donationsfrom our citizens for our common interest.
The lack of transparency only serves to fuel the imagination of some people regarding the way we use 400kbrl everyday.

5.Elite Army

It s time for B to work on a elite army of 30 voluntaries from top 100 (biggest damage per hit ).this ones should be available 24/24h ,7/7 days so the CP or the military commander can contact them in case of emergency.
As long as they re doing the military service in Brazilia s elite army,they will fight only on order foe B or allies.,receiving for their services weapons and 10g per day.

A small count shows us 10g*30 people=300g*2Kbrl=600K brl which is more than w can afford at this moment.
that doesn t mean that this project must be qualified as a uthopia and abandoned....instead i urge you to find economical solutions.

6.Brazilia s fights

many times a saw battles 6-0 for B where more then 70 per cent plus from the beginning to the endof the round nand even if the difference is obvious ,the players continue to fight,thogh the damage waisted there can be used elswhere,in other battles.
It s a good thing that the main front is far away from B borders (in balcans),but the lack of involvement and the egoism can turn agains us.
I also observed that sistematically ,there s a brazilian player that tries tatake over sa BH from a foreign fighter ,in brazilia s battles.
If you considere yourself a patriot and you love your country ,then be happy that someone comes to fight for your country ,let him take the BH ,and if you don t have anything better to do ,go search one elswhere.If you re a big tank,you can even fight aginast B;so you will blokany attempt for bh on the other side aand that s costs less damage for B(who dares to come and search you...)
My advice to you is to become more flexible,grass folds during storm but never breaks,but towering trees do...
B could afford to pay 5g for 1-1,5 mil damage in difficult moments,the equivalent of a BH in another fight.


7.Economy

The most important thing in this game is economy !!you can be the biggest tank if tomorrow you have no weapons and you ll have to fight with your fists.
B must pay attencion to the economic development of her players ,the fact of keeping some important information ,is not thebest choice,I d rather have parteners that are well developed and that i can count on ,in any moment.
The import tax of 99 per cent is a good thing ,but the reasons are very wrong.It was made to eliminate any competition and increase personal profit.My analises are different..,everyone knows that Plato buys at a price +VAT for CS Brazil and VAT +import tax for foreigners.So any law of Trading Embargo is useless,eve, worse,because it reduces the income for the state,since there s foreigners which sell in Bat PLato s price...(when when i was in Indonezia,the state incoming foe selling in B was of 27k per day,(about 30g at that moment)
Why give us this amount of money??
Minimum salary ant VAT are 2 parametres that can help the incomings,when the market prices getting under Plato s price,in that moment we can provide increasing TAV ,point by point till 99 per cent.
Suppling weapons can be done by donations,with a price withought TAV,and informating and encouraging people to resell the products on the market at Plato s price can bring huge amount of money to B
The budget should be devided in 3 parts,one foe the soldiers,one helping economicaly the brazilian population.,and third for bad days.
THe presence of money on national ORG is not necessary a good thing,we never know what the intentions of pLAto are for tomorrowand the ipothese of a TO in B ,these founds may not be accesible anymore.

Of course this thing must be done in complete transparency,the manoy donated to active ,faithfull people,that can even produce more …
Why leave all that money to sleep in states account ,they loose their value ,worst case scenario... we can borrow with interests.

8;Helping other players

17 months ago when i ve started this game i ve invited my sister too,even if i had to call her quite often to log on from time to time,she just wasn t interested in this game.Winning a certain amount of money ,in time,i ve decited to borrow her a small amount to create some firms so she l start producing on her own...From that moment ,the game became more interesting for her .
,and now she a active player ,even if she has onlu 1200 weel/per day
The economic crise created by Plato by lowering the market prices only eliminates small players from this game.the aconomic comission should help the young players with loans or donations.
Every gold lost in battle is lost for good,but every gold invested in economy can be recuperated .. and more it brings more gold...
So i would love to see a program helping players ,of course with some conditions (6 month in the game ,I month active member in a MUetc..)and 2g donation for encouraging them to develop themselves economicaly.

9.Officials

All tthis projects need officials.they should be permanents ,their role is ti assure the continuity in states bussiness,no matter of what are the results of the elections,and of course ,need to be remunerated... a simbolic amount
You re a active player and you have 54 congressman medals,great,but... you could take under your protection a ypung player help him see this part off the game too.(as a congressman).. ,and you ll get bigger satisfaction .
A great person does things in the shadow.. without drawing attention to himself.
It s important what you do for your country but it s important the way you do it too...

10.CS politics

I left this one at the end because it s the hottest issue.

In this moment B has enough economic resourses and this is one of the factors of radicalisation og brazilian society.
But it s a very dangerous direction,the image of the brazilian people is afected.
Few months ago ,in Indonezia ,the same factors made the radicalisation of their politics.
They bloked the CS nand installed a 50 g penalty for every congressman that gives a CS. ?that transformed the turks minority in a “disman”,they organized themselves and did a TO in Malaizia ,creating big difficulties for Indonezia ,that lost the 100 per cent weapon bonus.
A equivalent scenario will be possible in B too if the external politic doesn t change.
I m not trying to scare you... but there s nothing new under the sun...what it was will be again …

the fight between the ones that have a big profit and the ones that want that too ..; will end by loosing the profit on the both sides.
I remind you ,in real life ,when i ve got my french CS,i also got the right to vote .
Same thing in the game ,as long as you give CS to someone you can not impose absurdities lsuch as
-don t take workers from the job market
-don t sell on the market
-don t do politics etc...
This thing drives me nuts since it came from a young player.... lawyer in real life....
The responsability of the politicians is to integrate this persons into the brazilian community … not to exclude them.
Not all strangers in Brazil are interested in doing politics,I prefer to look for my personal interest ,but looking to all that s happening now in B ,I felt as a obligation to explain why this situation is dangerous.
For the strangers that are interested in doing politics ,it s better to do it with the brazilians ,in their tradicional parties,not to force them to organize and expose their opinions by force.
You can t impose to someone ti respect the rules and in the same time to exclude him from the society that created those rules.
Also you can t create rules that are opposite to the game rules


WHAT SHALL we do??

a)recruiting CS commisioners in the minorities ,they will analize the CS and agree or not ,for forwarding them
so the problems will be solved internaly ,without acusing the brazilian government
b)creating a data base with the citizens of other origins ,all of them will be noted( no problem ,will give him one more chance..problems_ no way)
so a romanian who wants to leave B is free to do it knowing that if he wants to return ,he s welcome
With this bloking of CS ,none of them leaves B knowing there’s no turning back.
The presence of a foreign comissioner that agrees for CS is the best way to put pressure on a certain problematic players
ex -the 2nd time in B ,i prefered to pay for my CS ,rather to ask a friend ,so i m free moraly speaking,no obligations reguarding this subject.

C)the most important thing ,the main condition acording CS is leaving the actual MU ,this assures for B 25 kills/ day
d)a place in congress for the most important minorities ,in this way B proves that it trust the minority and the last one is responsable for choosing their candidate

this congressman will not have the right to give CS but he will have the obligation to participate and to be active in politics.,strenghtening the relations betweenB and the minorities.

At the end i insist on the fact that all this started because of the stupid refuse of giving CS to a player that has been at least two times in B and had no political activity ,and more... he participated with his MU in many batlles for B without asking anything in return ,or receiving anything.

Brazil is a t a crucial moment and has to choose between a extreme policy and thought...at the consequences .. or integration of the minorities in the brazilian society.
