Congress or No Congress?

I had a meeting with the Turks a few moments ago but before I get to that lets do a rewind over recent events.
As you know China was invaded by four Nations and the invasion was ultimately successful. Three of those Nations chose India as the Target to make their inroads of invasion. During these early stages President Iron Punch invaded and took Gujarat. Croatia became very angry about this, a Resistance War was started, and they took the region.
Soon after that Turkey made their landing and Congress member HumayunMirza made a Natural Enemy Law against an India Region targeted by the Turksih invasion. It was voted successful and as President I let the clock wind down so the Turks could take the Region.
Two Political mishaps in a row.
Now for the meat. I had a very short meeting with a Turkish Representative and it didn't go well. Our Allies seem to be less than Allies and you can see that here:

As you can see I am "demanding" something Allies would naturally do for eachother. They didn't see it that way. The game is about Money and Power. Unless Croatia wants to free Sindh I do not think we will have a Congress. But then again do we deserve one with rouge NE Laws and Impeachments.

We should stay neutral.
Rule number one: Congress is full of retards.
Rule number two: Those retards must not be allowed to have any kind of power, and aren't in serious societies elsewhere.
Rule number three: We're small and everyone can screw with us.
Rule number four: Game is no longer centered around ''brotherhood'' and similar stuff, but instead on interests.
More stuff: We have to choose a side, but we can't because no one wants us as allies but instead as a colony. Simple as that. Also changing sides frequently isn't looked upon very well, and we should have sticked to USA & Serbia combo like in the old days, along with keeping good relations with China.
Now if the Croats don't show good faith and camaraderie towards us, we will be f'cked and permawiped once again. State policy is made in the long term, and not by ''LETS INVADE INDIA WE HAET DEM DUM DUM DUM'' or ''LETS AIRSTRIKE ISRAEL ZIONISTS ARE MUREDERING IRL"...instead you calculate your moves for months ahead and develop bonds with allies who can help you the most. I gotta love the enthusiasm behind the (formerly extremely hostile) TURKEY IS OUR NEW BFF THEY WILL NOT BETRAY US UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE...
So next time our fellow Pakistanis start to bitch about lack of congress, remind them of these transgressions.
Also to add, if we can't do crap on the battlefield and even don't have a real military unit (we've worked on for ages and on multiple occasions and every time were sabotaged by retards) we can't expect any respect from anyone and live on the past glories. Das ist alles

I guess we need to add those that are alternative to the ones which are current. I suggest Croatians must give us Sindh atleast for the congress. Maybe we'll get those members who will be best for them. We should I say bring some new ones. Not to put those who had been disasterous for us. This will then lead to a proper congress we are need. Will be less but I say it is OK for current month.
