Well maybe no cencored I just needed a word to keep the alliteration going XD
But the principle is the same. Congress is at this moment in time horribly inactive while the government continue to dictate.
Now, you can look through my articles in my 3 years here and you will find that I rarely, if ever criticize administration publicly, only when I feel I have no option left. Right now this government is in breach of our Constitution for failure to comply with several articles. Equally, the Dictator is in jeporedy of being sanctioned. While moo's actions are totally understandable in this situation, as protocol was not followed he may be sanctioned.
I have informed Congress Thread that I will take over as CC if the incumbent resigns or vacates. If they do not I will propose to impeach them as this has gone beyond a joke. The role of the CC is to be independent and act accordingly, with the Constitution as their guide. This is not happening at the moment.
What is a society without accountability and clarity. The CC is the link between government and Congress, and right now they are MIA. The country is sinking to the depths of chaos and and I refuse to stand by and let this happen.

The Constitution was not written like a bible with which to beat our players with.
Section 2.04 When a dictator violates the rules of their post:
(a) It will be subjective choice if a dictator goes rogue of not, Some rules might be broke maliciously and sometimes by accident / in case of emergency.
^This was written into the Constitution allowing him/her to take a haste/emergency decision on behalf of the community (as the sole player who CAN press those buttons) by placing his/her own tenure up for review simply by making the act.
in plain English:
The dictator is the only player empowered to press certain buttons. Lacking any directive from congress, and facing a deadline, moo acted on behalf of eIreland's interests while he was available to do so.
By doing so he violates standard protocol, placing his tenure as dictator up for review by Congress.
Since a formal complaint seems to have been raise😛
*If the leaders of the top parties agree that this was a crime against eIreland, then they must contact the MoF to make national assets secure before a congressional hearing begins.
*If the party leaders declined to pursue the case, or Congress voted it down, then government has found no crime to have been committed. In which case, as winston is a Congressmember, his current article will probably be viewed as violation of Congress conduct rules, as he is launching a slander campaign directly into the face of the Dail's final ruling on the events in question.

there is 24 hour limit anyway and congress requires more time. its an oversight. no need to run up and down with this . just fix the constitution and stop trying to score points with the constituents.
I'm trying to highlight the point that the constitution is designed not to automatically regard ever breach of standard protocol as a violation of law.
Any breach of standard procedure by the dictator is reviewed by Congress, and only pursued as a crime if Congress perceives it so.
Dail can evaluate the dictator's conduct as well as the law.
perhaps but you have a record of covering up the misdeeds of officials for example louman. i cant see how it would be healthy if you have a majority in one party and their member transgresses to allow them to decide whether it is a crime.

I think you have a pretty decent idea how big a program it would take to handle every possible combination of factors a nation could face and encode an adequate response function for each.
Instead government views every action contextually.

I like the idea of a society that asks why you are doing something before it decides how it is going to deal with you.
Remember that every situation must be weighed against players' RL time constraints, etc.
Sometimes players can't do everything they want, just gotta submit the best they can for us.
