(It's become confusing for me to review that proposal. I think, the president is not joking about natural enemy: yes, we need NE 0.5 strength when training. But there must be some reason why we are not have NE again.
When i find on all news in eRepublik, i found nothing, when i see in forum, i don't see anything. But it's too late for me to read when the proposal voting time is up)

(Why we don't raise the tax? If you need food or weapon, just join military unit or JSDF, and join channel eJapan in IRC. If you are businessman, just make it an ideal price, and "someone" will buy your food/weapon. Don't mind about taxes)
