Some of which he says comes from his text book, and gives it credit. Although, it would have been better if they were in English, not everyone here can read Korean, or for that matter, see that the text is in Korean. Although, Google did a fair job translating it (grammar excluded.)

Now, it appears Celio is a Business man. Yes! Shocking isn't it! His ORG, http://www.erepublik.com/en/organization/1462441, (which may be seen cheering him on and basking in his presence) has 2 companies in Turkey, a PEACE and Tyrannical county. I say this because they can be found in the regions of Central Greece, http://www.erepublik.com/en/region/Central-Greece, and Center District, http://www.erepublik.com/en/region/Center-district, respectively. As you see, his two Raw Materials Companies are not in regions that have resources needed. LULZ
