Good evening my dear eIrish comrades,

I want to make a quick announcement. The Revolutionary Banist Party has disbanded and reformed into the Irish Revolutionary Front.

We must form a new radical far-Left Party which can oppose the Independent Labour Party; one whose goal is radical Revolution! My fellow revolutionaries - are you tired of seeing establishment parties like the ILP talking red but not walking red? Are you yearning for drastic change in eIreland? Then join us!

We are a more simple Party than the Revolutionary Banist Party was - though we still utilize the Banist materialist method to guide our revolutionary strategy. The Irish Revolutionary Front is open to all eIrish who are tired of politics as usual. We are tired of the leadership of the ILP in government and their failure to deliver power into the hands of ordinary players. Within most of their existence their "Leadership Committee" has only acted as a vanguard of political elites to squabble over titles and medals. When was the last time they ever even spoke of maximizing democracy? When have they given us any policy that could even be called radical or revolutionary?

The Irish Revolutionary Front (IRF) has 3 aims:

1) End Independent Labour hegemony in eIreland.

Strategy: We are seeking to do this by building a stronger, more radical, left wing party in hopes that those who are disillusioned with the ILP will join us. We hope those who are not in a political party, or those looking for activity and fun, will join us too. We are critiquing the ILP from the Left, which isn't hard these days, since the ILP has revealed itself to be conservative in practice.

2) Abolition of the Dictatorship.

Strategy: We support the immediate establishment of a revolutionary dictatorship to dismantle the dysfunctional Congress and to establish the Dublin Commune. This will work one way: we will co-opt the Congress module in game, however, congress members will become "delegates" instead. Non-delegates still participate and vote within the Dublin Commune meaning all members of the Commune have equal voting power; Delegates ('congress' members) will impose the will of the Dublin Commune. The Dublin Commune will enact nearly all laws except the emergency powers granted to the Chairman/woman of the Commune (Country President). After the infrastructure is firmly built, the revolutionary Dictator will end the era of dictatorship in eIreland and we presume not as a democracy, but as a radical democracy!

3) The social development of eIreland.

Strategy: To accomplish this we will be engaging various groups within our community through a multitude of means. We want the eIrish community to come together to work in cooperation, solidarity, and united in action. These are basic far-Left principles, something which I think most would agree makes our nation stronger. We need spaces outside of eRepublik, like eIrish Radio, to overcome petty in-game disputes and rivalries between individuals and groups. You may ask - isn't the IRF creating another rivalry in eIreland? No, we don't see our relationship to the ILP as some sort of dichotomy. We are providing an alternative. You will see us commenting in articles, publishing weekly, fighting in eIrish battles, creating initiatives, and theorizing ways in which to revolutionize eRepublik. We are for the enrichment, growth, and transformation of eIrish society.

We are the revolutionary vanguard of the eIrish Revolution. This Revolution will continue either through Sluagh's presidency, mine, or in the event that the conservative establishment parties win - we will continue our upheaval until we topple ILP oppression, seize State power, and transform our society. We are the Kronstadt sailors and they are the Bolshevik. We stand for freedom and equality, they stand for power and oligarchy. The eIrish people have long suffered under the ILP and now they will have to face the voices of the people. We are the Irish Revolutionary Front and we have never forgotten the words of our most beloved Irish hero James Connolly: "The Irish Republic must be made a word to conjure with – a rallying point for the disaffected, a haven for the oppressed, a point of departure for the socialist, enthusiastic in the cause of human freedom."
Viva la Irish Socialist Republic!

Hail the eIrish Revolution!
Glóir don réabhlóid na hÉireann !!
