An error in the game (I can't play it anymore)

And so it begins again eRepublik. I can't play your game cause the servers info are being partially blocked by an unknown proxy source in the direct centre of the connection and is diverting around 18% of the info according to my sources (The code of the transmission being interrupted from my computer) And yes, I'm a tech genius and at the moment I am currently working with a member of the eRepublik team to fix it and divert the proxy from hitting my computer with the corrupt data. So at this moment of time, all my activities on the game is ceased unless I have a possible solution to fix it. This means that MARTIN (Monday's Awesome Raffle Time In the News) will be withheld until further notice.
This proxy is strong and I still have no idea why its targeting my computer other than the fact I got a computer system update just before all the chaos just started. We are currently thinking it's a virus that's been uploaded into my computer and it's allowing this unknown proxy source to access my data and divert a portion of it away and corrupt it.
Thanks to all that read it and anyone that can help is always welcomed.

have you tried turning it off and on again?
I'm not that stupid. That's the first thing I did! I'm advanced than that cause if you read it, it says that I know there is a proxy server interfering with the computer.

and as your advanced surely you have backups of your data, just preform a disk reformat
The two backups I have, I performed a disk reformat but the corruption keeps on coming. I can get around 10 seconds of 100% goodness but after that, the proxy server seems to automatically corrupt some data. Then after the first phase, it resets the algorithm every 4 mins, so this means I cant trace the location and divert the info being sent by the server to my computer (which causes the corrupted database)

reinstall your goddamn OS, using windows 8 is preferable.
How about all setting and downloads go through the proxy which now has set up a password that means I can't do any of the above. And even if I do try to encrypt it, it resets (basically this is every 5 minutes)
