A Free and Independent State

Day 1,211, 10:45 Published in USA USA by Bradley Reala

Today marks a special occasion. For the first time in many months, the eUSA has control of all fifty of her original regions.

At 10:00 eRep, on March 15 (Day 1,211), a combined PANAM force, led by French Field Marshal Xiwt, and with the support of many soldiers including the United States Marine Corps and Airborne, Tennessee became the last state to rejoin the country.

The state of Tennessee was originally rented to Poland during our time as allies. Since that time, relations have become strained with our former allies, but until recently they continued to pay rent, and so we continued to allow them to stay. When those rent payments stopped, the Poles became squatters and we began a long road to reclaim our regions.

Today that road has been completed. The eUSA is whole, and free of invaders. We have gained a major victory and we should be proud of everyone who helped. Looking back, I hope that today is marked as a major occasion. Every Marine, every Airbornesman, every soldier that was there should look back on today and say "We did that. I was there."

And those who stayed at home, overtaking the Indonesians in Hawaii, driving them away while the Marines, Airborne, and Army fought to liberate Illinois. Those too will be able to say "We did that. I was there." Our victory was not one isolated battle. It was a coordinated effort by our soldiers and our allies, and today is the culmination of weeks of hard work.

We earned this victory, and I am proud to have been a part of it.

We did that. I was there.
