Meet the new boss

Following an interesting month of party drama, WeThePeople looks to the future with high hopes under our newly-elected party president:

dmjohnston

dmjohnston is an older player who has been a member of WeThePeople since returning to the game early last year. He has served extensively on the national stage in Congress and the Executive, holding such positions as Air Force Commander, Secretary of Defense, and NSC member. After losing a narrowly-contested Party President election to Valiant Thor, dmjohnston served as party vice president and later Acting Party President when Valiant Thor revealed himself to be unfit for office. This month, dmjohnston takes the Party President chair in his own right and makes good on his promise of sharing baby photos.

Congratulations, DMJ!

Congress applications are now open! Sign up to appear on this month’s Congressional ballot via the appropriate form:

Apps will close at 12:00 eRep time on 4/22 (day 2345), so don’t wait to submit your candidacy!

In addition, please note that you MUST PUBLISH AN ARTICLE TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PRIMARY! It must include at least 100 words and a picture to qualify.

Once you’ve filled out the form, don’t forget to sign up for Congressional elections in-game!

Today, WIRED^™ Writers Guild is excited to announce a new rewards program for its most active members!

Here’s how it works:

☆ Twice a month, members with the highest guild activity will be rewarded with special prizes.
☆ First and second place prizes will be awarded in two categories: (1) original articles published and (2) articles voted/commented.

Feeding the world

You may say that feeding the world is wishful thinking. Maybe you are right... maybe not. We The People think it can be done, and we are doing it right now. Our fellow eRep-ers who come to us are The World--The World that we'll gladly share with.

Feed the World is one of the oldest food programs in the eUSA; it has been part of WTP for months (can't be precise because I don't remember

People need food--especially new players who have recently joined us. We The People want YOU to start a GOOD HABIT. It's like saving the gold from your medals for training upgrades, but the effects are daily.

Now, how does this work? All it takes is filling out a simple form and voting/commenting on a newspaper article. That's it!

Let’s review:
