MORE Breaking News: America to sign MPP with SERBIA too!
For those of you unaware, the Admins of eRepublik are running a contest to see which alliance is the most powerful. Country Presidents were sent private messages and given the option of choosing an alliance for their nation to represent.
The Admins also added in the stipulation that all of the alliances represented would sign MPPs ingame.
This forced countries to back out of some of the lulzy alliances and to join alliances with their actual allies.
What did our dear leader do?
He got us into an alliance with Hungary.

Hungary is one of America’s oldest and most bitter enemies. Along with Serbia, they are the two nations that we have fought against for four years.
Those are the nations that we routinely run ATO operations against.
**UPDATE!!** The United Kingdom has been added to the 4FUN alliance!
According to our President, his reason for allying with HUNGARY was so that we wouldn't have to ally with the United Kingdom or Slovenia. Well now the UK has been added to the 4FUN alliance.
**UPDATE #2!!** Serbia has been added to 4FUN
As you can see in the above image, Serbia is now a member of 4FUN. This means that Glove has gotten us into an alliance with both of our most hated allies, as well as the nation that has continuously back stabbed us. We have been fighting against Serbia since the dawn of eRepublik. And now, in just a few short days our President Glove has allied the United States with them.
This is unacceptable.
Where was the Direct Democracy that we were promised? Where was the 'new course' we were promised?
Why are we allying with some of our most hated enemies?
The United Kingdom has stabbed us in the back numerous times, and once again our President Glove has given them the chance to do it again.
Serbia has attempted to PTO the USA since... forever.
I expected Glove to do some silly things, but I never expected him to actually do something this reckless and damaging to the country. These are some of the most damaging acts a President has ever done to our country.
With all of the unbelievable action we've seen by Glove already, when can we expect the MPP with Serbia?

'Arabic Alliance'? They should've just merged the smaller alliances into a single unit. I wonder are Serbia staying neutral or joining 4FUN?
Since USA is no longer allied with Ukraine, and Romania has a NAP, I don't see why we can't move on and try something new.
I think CTRL would still be a good idea, add Hungary/China and it'd be pretty awesome.
Last I checked this is a game. The game has now created a game within the game. Glove is playing the game within the game. The alliance lasts what? 1 week or so?

In a Battle of the Alliances, this was a smart move on Glove's part here, Israel. The eUS will pool with the big countries and kick some major arse mate! Damage is what it's all about in this battle.
This was not a smart move on any level... this means an MPP with Hungary, our oldest enemy. The contest from the admins is ridiculous, and pointless. The reward is a joke. It wasn't worth sacrificing our allies for.

Israel, we sacrificed our entire MPP stack when a certain egomaniac lost control of his grip on reality and plunged us into a war with our Canadian neighbours.
I hardly think Glove is burning the house down by trying to win an "in-game" competition. I respect that you feel its pointless. But I also respect that he wants to win.
It's a contest. I noticed you didn't mention that a lot of nations are in each alliance. Canada is in the same alliance with the eUS. So is Poland, Poland who is currently invading Canada... So yes there is bad blood within each of the contest groups but this is an excellent chance to rebalance alliances and bury hatchets.

First Glove comes out and wants to bring back the Broliance, ends hostilities with the Canadians, and go back to being best friends, and then turns around and says "let's ally with the country that's invading you." You can't have it both ways Mr. President.

Meh. It's not a serious alliance and I think everyone knows it. Besides, since we are no longer TERRA we need to be open to the posibility of making some friends out of former enemies. That alliance, properly done, could literally rule the world. That's not a bad thing!
