[Swiss CP] November To Remember

Hi kids!


Pickle's military compound, high in the Swiss Alps.

For security reasons I am holed up in my barracks. I can see people approaching for more than a kilometer up here. They will never get me! Brawhahahahahahahahahaha!

Anyhoo, this has been quite a day. Many well wishers posting their congratulations. Organizing my staff. Making some last minute adjustments because of alliance changes. You know, typical presidential stuff.




Here We Go!

First I thank you for placing your trust in me and my cabinet. There have been last minute additions, so take a look. I believe we have a solid team this month. Already the President's Office is buzzing with activity. Here's a short list of what's going on:

> Jason Welsh, Vigoncalves86 and the rest of the Alliance Liaison team are discussing our alliance options. When we have something a bit more definite I will post more to keep you informed. There will likely be a questionnaire to solicit public opinion before taking anything to congress so they may make a decision.

> MoFA Trogdor has been made aware that many of our friends have been contacting us to offer their best wishes and to seek closer relations. This is a 'good thing' and will provide us with many options when we do start to align ourselves with neighbors and friends.

> MoE Tomas Franceschin informs me that everything is going according to plan on his end. The Swiss University is up and running. There was some concern about the Welcome Message that new players receive but it is minor and being taken care of.

> MoD Dan/naD Wilshire is awaiting something to do. At the moment we have no priorities because we have no alliance. Do not be concerned, this should be resolved soon. Just be grateful that we are at peace for the time being.

> vMoD Mike Ontry will soon have the MoD Orders article up so that we can have new players fighting for our friends and earning food and weapons. Until that time if MU's would fill in and pass their new guys some food it would be appreciated.

> Lotus Black has joined MoF Shaun Carter and his assistant Tony Clifford. They will be organizing information so that I can make out what the hell is going on. We will be looking at Work Tax revenue and weighing the benefits v hardships it may cause.

> Paulie Proteus awaits to bail my ass out when I fall down. 🙂




Slovenia And Our Original Regions

My friend Ice Killa (Howly) has won the Slovenian CP election. This is a good thing. We have been talking through this whole ordeal. There will be no need for sly negotiations or backroom deals. We simply want the same thing, the BS to stop.

He has an uphill climb to overcome bias in Slovenia but he is not alone. Many there are fed up with constant fights in RW's. I am behind him 100% and we will get this done. Any agreement will be reasonably easy once the opposition is satisfied. We are both on the same page as far as what to put on paper.

Along this line I have been in contact with our Canadian friends and the agreement to rent Alberta has been continued another month, so rest easy those who like the idea of having a congress.

Everyone who supported my candidacy and wanted this to happen, I thank you. I had no intention of moving to Switzerland to do this. I knew some of my MU mates wanted a chance to get into politics and in the eUS it can be hard for the new guy. Politics there can be harsh. So when we decided to move to Switzerland I promised to help them. So much for giving advice from the background.

I promise that my term will support all Swiss whether they like me or not. I do not play that game. When I'm asked to do a job I do the job, not consider what I want to do. I had a mission to get a deal with Slovenia, now I have a mission to gain a new alliance. We will do this and Swiss will be the better for it.
