These are questions we are being faced with, and will continue to be challenged for the distant future of Switzerland!" - mungos032 (April 2015.)

Ladies and gentlemen,

This is probably the most unfavorable month for someone running for president, mainly due to external problems that have plagued Switzerland. And that is the main reason why I decided to step out and take the burden upon myself.

This month will also be decisive for the future of Switzerland, at least until the end of this year. Great decisions must be made, and therefore the good people have to make them. Therefore again, my plan is to include more people in the Government work, organize more referendums and establish more connections across the eWorld.


Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Last month, there were a lot of problems when we talk about foreign affairs.
Chilean airstrike surprised and disappointed us very much. I personally had conversations with their Minister of Foreign Affairs, and believe me we did not get any reply after we rejected their offer. Only attack followed.
After that there was a condemnation of our move from the Italians, also hudge dissapointment. Knowing the history of relations between Switzerland and Italy, I can tell you that Switzerland offered many times Italy an alliance in the fight against Slovenia but Italians wanted to stay neutral because they had deal with Slovenia and free country (south), while the entire north was controlled by the Slovenians.
This reaction, not Italian, but the Italian government's was totally disappointed and I hope that most Italians understood the situation in which we find ourselves.

Plan for this month is to form a MoFA team with as much as possible members, which will work continuously for 30 days. Relations with Macedonia, Indonesia must be maintained, but we still have to watch our own interests because it has shown that the great powers do not care too much for our territorially small country.
If I get elected as president, Switzerland will turn to their neighbors, but also will try to maintain good relationships with far away countries like Indonesia, India, Lithuania, Poland, South Korea, USA.

- Maintain good relations with old friends like Macedonia, Indonesia, USA, exRoot countries
- Trying to fix situation in region by cooperation with Slovenia, Italy, Hungary, Austria
- Swiss Diplomatic Corps


Ministry of Defence:

Defending the country is a priority for this month. Our Army can deal up to 10 billion of damage a week which is not a large amount, but a reliance on our allies can increase this amount up to 10 times, which we were able to see several times in the past. The Ministry of Defence will be connected directly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Their cooperation will be important and decision they make will be crucial.

MoD will keep with everyday distribution of weapons for DO fighters, and we will try to find donator or we will use money from national treasury to fund resources for this distribution.

The Minister of Defence will have to publish daily orders, and will keep a record of the tank distribution.
Everyone will have access to that record.

Swiss Guar😛

Swiss Guard needs reforms!
There is not so much room for improvement, since economy is wasted and we can't open SG factories or stuff like that. The thing we can do is to organize our damage much better. Oppening chatroom and group message will be start.
Commander of SG together with MoD will organize strikes once or twice per week on chatroom. Hanging out is what we need!

- Tank distribution for DO fighters
- Reorganization of Swiss Guard



Ministry of Finance:

I don't have a report from current CP about finances but I think we aren't standing so good with it. We've loaned 110g for training centers upgrade and we still have 60k debt from february. We earn about 30k from taxes per month and that's a maximum we can earn right now. We can't change anything there, but the thing we can do is to SAVE MORE MONEY. How? First of all we won't sign meaningless MPP's like ones with Spain or Bulgaria. We will try to spend less on MoE projects by getting some money from advertising and sponsors.

There are a few things on what we had to spend a certain amount of money, such as distribution of tanks for our fighters or CO in case of war. That's why we need to make a bigger reserves.
Minister of Finances will publish weekly financial report and also he will daily update financial book, so everyone will know where states money goes.

Summary:

- Saving money by NOT signing meaningless MPPs
- Reopening financial book
- Weekly financial reports



Ministry of Home Affairs:

The Ministry of Home Affairs will consist of 2 parts:
1. Ministry of Homeland Security (Swiss Border Corpse)
2. Ministry of Education

Being a small country making us a extremely vulnerable to PTO. Each applicant must be checked thoroughly. MoHS aka Swiss Border Corpse will keep our borders safe. They will take care of citizenship requests following old Immigration law.

Ministry of Education will have a lot of job this month, sice I already have 3 projects on my mind.

1. eEurovision
2. eSwiss Lottery
3. International MoE project

1. First eEurovision was held in Dublin last year, Switzerland participated but Ireland won on the home field. I was one of the supervisors and everything went great with lot of fun. The plan was to hold another eEurovision in October 2015. in Dublin but due to lack of activity project failed. Now Switzerland as a host country will have the opportunity to host singers around the eWorld. It should be interesting! More details later, of course...



2. Daree II got an idea of this, and we will try to implement it this month. You will have a chance to earn nice amount of money with small investments. More details later this month...
3. I already got offer from eIndian CP candidate, who by the way cooperated in MoE projects when Black Whiter was CP (and everybody remembers how interesting was that month), so he had similar idea and I supported it of course. This will be cooperation between Ministries of few countries, and I hope we will have a good result.

The important thing we need to fix this month is to make people USE FORUM! I know that problem is hard to fix, but we must try. Minister will make tutorial how to use it and WHY to use it. Trust me it's easy and it will help a lot to our community. Right now we have 2 forums and we need to decide which one are we going to use.
