Congratulations to all new members of the congress. I would start off by reminding all new members of the 2 cardinal rules on congress:
Dont Propose law without discussions
Dont accept CS without approval.

This time IU secured 25% of the popular votes to elect 10 new members to the congress. We have tried our best to provide the Indian congress with a mix of experience and new ideas.
