A Message from the Ministry of Propaganda

A Canadian, legendary community member Xichael, has been named the new Secretary-General of Orion - Canada's grand alliance. Already, he and Orion HQ have begun deliberating over the current crisis which affects us all: the campaign of conquest Albania and its ilk have waged against the eWorld. While this universe's mongol hordes rampage across Europe and beyond, Xichael is already masterfully negotiating with the other member states to come to a profitable and mutually beneficial end to this crisis.

Xichael brings with him a long history of serving Canada at home and abroad, and has proven himself both a domestic hero and foreign emissary over the course of years. He will bring both Canada's interests to the table, while maintaining an even balance of cooperation throughout Orion. With him at the helm, this promises to be the finest term in the alliance's history. Nay, even LETO - for whom Orion succeeds - could not have hoped for a better deal at this hour than for Xichael to lead.
