Chilenos, aliados y amigos.

Los gobiernos de Chile y Australia han acordado una Guerra de Entrenamiento (TW) para resetear la determinación en las regiones que Chile ha arrendado en Australia, y para permitir a nuestros jugadores obtener daño y medallas por TP, BHs y RH.

El calendario para la TW será:

1) Australia declarará un NE sobre eChile.

2) Australia abrirá una RW en una de las regiones arrendadas a eChile después de que el NE se haya aprobado. Esta RW tiene que ser ganada por Australia.

3) Al mismo tiempo, Australia atacará en batalla directa a Chile en una de las regiones que poseemos en NZ.

4) Australia abrirá RW en la región restante, y también debe ser ganada por Australia.

5) La TW continuará durante un período de 7 días, con la opción de ampliarse si hay alguna oferta o torneo debido al cumpleaños de Plato. Vamos a tratar de mantener las zonas de guerra al mínimo, pero al final, cualquier región que sea tomada por Chile adicional a las arrendadas, será regresada vía RW.

6) La renta de arrendamiento no será afectada durante este tiempo. Chile seguirá pagando 20k por región (total de 40 mil cc), sin embargo la devolución de impuestos se detendrá después de la RW y se reiniciará al recuperar la región.

Chileans, friends and allies,

The governments of Chile and Australia have agreed on a Training War to reset the determination in the regions Chile has rented in Australia, and to allow our players to gather some TP damage, BHs and RH medals.

The roughly schedule for the TW is:

.1) Australia will declare a NE on eChile.

2) Australia will open a RW in one of the rented regions after the NE has passed. This has to be won by Australia.

3) At the same time, Australia will attack Chile in one of there NZ held regions.

4) Australia will RW the remaining region, this also must be won by Australia

5) A training war will continue for a period of 7 days, with the option to extend if it is viable due to Plato birthday deals. We will try to keep the war regions to a minimum, but at the end, any extra regions held will beRWed and returned.

6) Rented will not be effected during this time. Chile will still pay the total of 20k per region (total of 40k) however taxes back will stop after the RW's and will restart at the end of the RW's.
