If the wall is at 60% or higher for Belgium and her allies, wait a bit! Fight if you see that the wall is under the 50% ! Always remember, do not fight more than you can afford. Why, is it this war against Netherlands training war of what ?

By the way, we need more resources as cattle from South-Netherlands...

The war with the Netherlands is a training war and yes, Belgium may need the resource but a deal will need to be made with the Netherlands before anything can go further.
