[MoCH] Hanami Festival 2012

Spring is here and Cherry Blossoms are blooming, and Hanami Festival returns this year after its start in 2010, and missing 2011. During this final week of April I'll release 6 photos, 2 today as you see below, 2 more on Wednesday and another set on Friday. These images will be blurred and hard to make out, with each set harder then the last, and what they represent are memories. The common tradition in Japan for Hanami is to visit parks to drink and eat while "flower viewing". After drinking a little to much your memories become fuzzy and you must describe these memories the best you can. The descriptions will be judged by me and a set of volunteer judges which are listed further down the article.

There will be a total of 4 judges, and the descriptions will be rated with 1-3 points. 1 point is a minimum requirement to pass, but missing a few key details. 2 Points is a decent description got most of everything. 3 Points is a perfect description, that may include bonus detail. Rules and list of Judges down below.

1,000 JPY Prize will be donated to the winner with the highest total of points given by the judges from ALL 3 sets of photo descriptions, 500 to 2nd place, and 200 for 3rd place. Thank you for your time and support I hope to see more then 13 participants this year, that was the number for the first time Hanami Festival was held.

Rules
1. All answers must be privately messaged to DankChronic, PLEASE NO answers in comments or forums.
2. Ties will be broken by who answered the fastest.
3. The descriptions entries will stop being accepted once the new set of photos have been released. The description entries for the set of Photos released on Friday (eDay 1,620) will stop being accepted at 00:00 eTime on Sunday (eDay 1,622).
4. Can't think of anymore since its still a new event, so the MoCH holds the right to make any changes if any situations causes a need to.
