[MoCH] Empress Day 3rd Anniversary Edition!

Welcome to the 3rd Anniversary of Empress Day, a eJapanese tradition that began in April 2009 that has become the LONGEST running holiday tradition in all of eRepublik. Empress Day has been held in various ways from style contest to almost a beauty pageant fashion, but the most successful variation was the simplest.

So for those long time participants you already know what to do, but new participants the rules are down below. HOWEVER, this Empress Day will expand and not in the event, but WHERE the event is held. Last terms Country President of eTaiwan (eROC) who happens to be a fellow anime fan requested to release the event in eTaiwan this month. So there will be an Empress of eJapan and an Empress of eTaiwan.

eJapan and eTaiwan will have their own separate press release for Empress Day, separate nominations, and voting will be held separately in our own designated national forums. Though, the runner up this time around will become the Royal Ambassador to our Empress, so each nation will have an Empress, and a runner up Royal Ambassador.

One last thing, most nominations and voting is usually posted in the forums, but due to the lack of activity in the forums, private messages will be allowed this time, NO nominations in the comment section please. There will still be a nomination and voting thread in the forums, but private messages will be accepted. Also remember to campaign your nomination, because who's ever nomination wins, will receive PRIZES, weapons or JPY, your choice.

RULES:
1 - All nominees must be an female character.

2 - All nominees must be from Japanese anime series (OVA, movies, ONA, tv series), Japanese video games, and Japanese Manga, PLEASE NO hentai or characters from sexually explicit controversial anime series. Ministry staff have the right to determine what is inappropriate.

3 - All nominations must at least include a name, image, and name-of-series the nominated character appeared in (again please no nudity or hentai), additional information is welcome.

4 - No previous elected Empresses can be nominated for a 2nd term.

5 - Empress Day Nominations begin on the release of THIS article and will end at 00:00 eTime on eDay 1,605.

6 - Empress Day Voting will begin on the eDay 1,605 and will end at 00:00 eTime on eDay 1,607.

7 - Campaigns for specific nominations are allowed, but the MoCH will take no part in the campaigns, however the MoCH will post each nomination in the opening voting article, BUT will only put in the information posted by the person that nominated the anime character, MoCH will not add any new information.

8 - The person who nominates the winning Empress will receive a JPY or weapon prize, 1 nomination per person. Only citizens of eRepublik can make a nomination, NO organizations or anything else that is not a citizen of eRepublik. There will be a runner up that will receive a small prize of JPY or weapons.

9 - The Minister of Culture and History reserve the right to change these rules at any time, they also reserve the right to disqualify nominations if rules are broken or any new questionable situations that may arise.
