We could use graphs and spreadsheets and extrapolate all figures to bring us to some kind of profit. So many giant bombs would equate to so much bh's which would equate to so many gold.

Reality though is that the cheapest one you only can buy 2 off and then it dissapear.

Reality is that everything expires in a month.

Reality is that if you buy a pack so would the next tank and so and so.

Therefore logic dictates that through the month in all battles there will be higher damage as various people use their big bombs etc .

If there is higher damage then all your planning flies out of the window and in the end you might have made the same without the 500 gold spend.

After a while notice your pile is gone . Now calculate how much you make from factories/fighting etc.

In other words just have fun and forget about what it cost you.
