-o7 Manu Cab, can you give me an interview ?

-Tell me some things about the person behind the Manu Cab account .
I'm 18 years old, and I'm actually a student of software, at University. I live in Argentina of course, I was born here.


-What's the meaning of ,,Manu Cab'' nick ?
Well, Manu is the abbreviation of my name, Manuel. Cab, actually means the initials of the football club I've ever been fan of, Club Atletico Belgrano.


-How was your eChildhood ?
My eChildhood... My first day in the game I joined Progreso Argentino, a party where I found my place, a place that still exists, I found a lot of people who helped me in my first days and made me better in my weakness, military. There I started my political activity in the game, I was very interested in relations, not only foreign, between parties too.


-You have almost all medals in eRepublik besides the Campaign hero and the Top Fighter ones.What's your aim now in eRepublik ?What do you want to do ?
I would like to arrive to my 100th BH, I have some kind of competence with my military personal trainer 😃 (Rosanganth), 100 BHs in D1. Moreover, my main and principal objective is to help Argentina and its allies in all which means foreign politics, diplomacy and relationship. I don't feel a pressure or obligation to do it, I'm just always open to help my country and its interests, in other words, their closest allies.



You are playing this game from a while...how do you see the game after this time spent in it ?
The truth is that the game was much better when I started, the activity was higher, new players joined. Because, the game has an essence, and new players must discover it, old players will always leave because of RL and personal problems, as it happens now. The changes which the eR team put in the game, in my opinion, damaged the community, plus, it doesn't support the income of new players, players motivated to play and improve in the game, to join a party to receive supplies, when there is a CO. I think the problem is not the old players leaving, I personally believe the problem are the new ones..



-What can you say that you did in the game till now and what are the things that you are proud of ?
Well... I did a lot of things, I met a lot of great people who was a great company for me during my walk in this game. Regarding politics, I did a lot of jobs in my party, I've been several times MoFA of Argentina and SoFA of Asteria, once CP of Argentina and this is my second term as SG of Asteria. I can just say that I'm proud of representing my party in the whole e-world, as MoFA, as CP, as every thing I mentioned before. I have a huge debt with my party, the people who gave me all. Without them I would have done nothing.


-How is to be SG of Asteria ?
It's the hardest job I've ever done in this game. You need to give an answer to a lot of countries, acting and taking decisions in name of them, taking consequences because of it, and again, all this coordinating with the countries of the alliance. It's a really hard work, and you need to have trustable people who can help you during the term, as being always very, very responsable and perseverant.


-This is the second time when you are the SG of Asteria...what things were improved in all this time?
Hard question... I can't say if there is a difference between the 2 terms, because I did always have cooperation, coordination, talks, with all the members countries, all of them with their possibilities due to their context.


-What's the most happy and the most ugly memory from eRep for you ?
The ugliest memory... When I ran for CP once, when I had to delete my candidature because of internal problems in my party, after that I dissapointed the other ones, the parties which were supporting me. The happiest memories are all the good friends from all around the world I met and had.




-What's your opinion about the Media , Military and Economic modules ?
Media is pretty good, I spend a lot of time reading any kind of articles, I think it's a very interesting module, one of the bests in the game, in my opinion. I like the military, regarding strategies, but the battlefield, COs, and all about any specific battle. As all people, I hate the economic module 🙂



-What player/s would you like to see in RL from eRepublik ?
Pfff, a lot of people of my party, I would really like to see Bogi too, as googoodoll. 🙂


-What's the most funny thing that you did ? 🙂
I was an eChild and with some friends we started to create some avatars against an enemy's fail. Or joining Chilean channels with a group to celebrate and joke about our campaign victories, when I was a eChild too.


-Why did you let LETO to disband ?
Their countries must follow what they believe, I support the ways they want to follow. I trust the decisions they take are the best for their countries, as I want the best for them too.


-What would you do for the game to be more interesting ?
I would really like the bars battles come back, now it's all about COs, mostly. I miss when all people joined the IRC to win an epic campaign, that was a real community.




-What do you think about the new alliance that is going to be formed, you know the roumours, no?
I know a lot of rumours, I've even sometimes heard rumours about me or Argentina, fake ones. Due to that I don't believe in them until they happen. 🙂



-Can you do a Top 5 of your happiest memories from eRepublik ?
1. When I won the elections for PP, sorry to my rival s2
2. Being elected CP of Argentina
3. Common strikes of my MU, having fun all the night
4. Epic Arg campaigns, as deleting Poland or Chile
5. The community



-Can I enter in personal a little bit ( if you don't mind ) ? What's your most preffered book/song/movie ?
Well, I love fantasy/medieval topics. My favourite book, which I love, is A Song of Ice and Fire. My preffered movies could be The Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter.



-Describe yourself in 3 words.
Calm and reflexive. 🙂



-What's your favourite quote ?

"The Human Being is hungry of greatness, and sick of evil." A sentence built by miself.



-Some thoughts for the readers of this newspaper ? 🙂
Nothing special, just live your life as you wish, respecting others, as to be happy. I do always like to say it 🙂
