Greeings dear eJapan!

You probably know that unfortunately the current administration thought it's a good idea to 'teach a lesson' with raising the taxes. Because of this behaviour I decided to figure out an easy solution to help the buyers, and sellers of the Japanese market. I'd like to thank to Tomasz for helping me with the details. Hopefully this project will grow big enough to help our people effectively, but of course it'll take time and a lot of work.

Let's have a little Q&A session about this project, a possible FAQ.

Q: What is it about?

A: We want to help the people who don't want to pay ridiculous taxes to this government, both sellers and buyers. FMJ is independent, and there is no third party making money with it.

Q: How can I buy something?

A: Click HERE to check our current offers, and contact the person who you can buy it from, profile link and name provided at each offer. He/she will answer you as soon as possible, and make the deal with you.

Q: How can I sell something?

A: Contact one of us currently editing the page (Tomasz, Hideyoshi Nicolas, Sinon or HEX) and we will arrange it for you.

Q: Who can buy/sell stuff here?

A: First of all it's for eJapan and they will be prioritized if we are short on products, but people from abroad won't be restricted to use it. Obviusly the people who supported the political block which made us to create FMJ are not welcome.

Q: Who are the brokers?

A: People who will keep the market alive if there is no direct offers from people producing goods. Everything bought by them are mostly straight from the producer, or from a friendly country, and sold at the same price, they won't make any profit.

Q: What kind of products will be available at the market?

A: We want to provide as much supplies as we can. Food, weapon, raw materials, tickets, and even houses soon. We will keep updated our offer list, keep checking it.

Q: Will you help with Gold changing?

A: Yes, we will soon.

Q: Are there any further rules?

Q: I'm afraid of being scammed, what should I do?

A: Our point is to help the community, and not to destroy it. The offers will be available from people you can trust. Scammers will be immediately removed, and blocked from our market.

Q: Why is it good for you? You will surely steal everything...

A: In my opinion it's basically the best if we can help our people, we are not interested in robbing them.

Q: Is it legal?

Yes. Buying or selling with getting around the official market is not against any rules of eRepublik.

Q: Can I help you somehow?

A: Actually yes. If you donate goods for this purpose, after selling, the money will be used to restart state services denied to us.

The solution to scamming is the use of third parties – the brokers. For every pair of buyer and seller there usually is someone who they both trust.

We hope to add enough such trusted people with time, so that everyone can find an offer mediated by someone they know.

It will soon be there. To make things real, both prices will be displayed in cc. In other words you will be able to post that you want to buy gold for 220cc, not just 200cc or 250cc. This will replace the original "sell cc for gold" scheme.

As you can see there is a section of Q5 food with multiple offfers (rows). At the end of each offers, there is a porfile link of the person you can buy from, write a private message to him.

Check out the rules sheet for explanation. Usually the broker just acts as the man in the middle between a buyer and a seller, he/she brokers the deal.
