[DoE] Welcome Committee, Human Resource Collaboration & eNASA!
Department of Citizen Affairs
Today we’ll be discussing a few programs and recent goings-on in the Department of Education.
Welcome Committee
The eUS Welcome Committee is a task force dedicated to contacting new eUS citizens with important information regarding their new lives in the eUSA. This includes links to assistance programs, meta-game communities, our comprehensive mentoring program, and more! We also encourage them to become active in a political party and provide additional assistance as needed (chatting with newer players and answering questions as they arise).
In addition, we provide them with a link to our website, which contains numerous links to new player guides, assistance programs, and other resources for future reference.
Here is a snapshot of the message we send out:
Many thanks to Dr Luis Sentieiro and his crew of mass-messagers for keeping the newbies informed!
Upcoming Collaboration
The Department of Education is excited to preview a collaboration with the Department of Human Services in presenting a special secret event! Stay tuned for more details!
eNASA
In our last article, we re-introduced a classic recruitment program, eNASA, as a way to bring new citizens into the eUSA.
Today, we’d like to ask you all to continue voting for eRepublik on these sites in order to increase the game’s visibility within the gaming community!
Remember: You are allowed to vote once per day.
In addition, all gold acquired from the program will be donated to deserving, government-approved programs in order to increase their impact and effectiveness.

WHO IS JOHN GALT?
John Galt is a character in Ayn Rand's novel Atlas Shrugged (1957). Although he is not identified by name until the last third of the novel, he is the object of its often-repeated question "Who is John Galt?" and of the quest to discover the answer.
As the plot unfolds, Galt is acknowledged to be a philosopher and inventor; he believes in the power and glory of the human mind, and the right of the individual to use his/her mind solely for him/herself. He serves as a highly individualist counterpoint to the collectivist social and economic structure depicted in the novel, in which society is based on oppressive bureaucratic functionaries and a culture that embraces mediocrity in the name of egalitarianism, which the novel interprets as the end result of socialistic idealism.- Wikepedia
