Here is a report of my last mandate.


We didn't build Baklava Empire,
but we spanked Serbia for a second time in a row (Turkey, Cyprus,... who's next?)
to learn them not to attack a Balkan brother.

Let's hope that one day this Empire will rise. 🙂

Shoulders to shoulders we worked together this month with Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Thailand and Germany for the great success you already know.
I don't like to be center of attention nor to owe anything, but your help has been more than precious, we wrote History thanks to you.
Yes we used money to win, but with the 2Kcc/day compared to the 200Kcc/day from Serbia, what can we do sometimes?

More than that, that was a sincere help more than anything, and 'this' is priceless.

¤ Minister of Youth ¤

Not a lot of babies (=none) answered to REM called as usual xdxd,
yet some new players contacted me (or not) and I feed them with my own means.

It's still good to have some juniors around, and remind me good old memories. 🙂







.: Chapter 2: The two towers :.




After a well managed fight on the ground to free Saudi Arabia regions,
On 9/11, to celebrate my 2nd eBirthday, we air stroke holy lands and recovered our territories soiled by infidels.
A perfect blitzkrieg one would say.






In the same time,
We helped Spain to preserve territories by sending damages against France like they did last month for us when we got wiped.
This was succesful for Spain and gave us daily fights to complete our DO's.

I'd like to congratulate Lord Doel for his good job, and his perseverance.
I wish Spain to find a peaceful agreement with USA to end these months of fights and huge sacrifices from Spanish players.




¤ Minister of Economy ¤

We signed 6 MPPs this month (2 or 3 less than previous months).
USA broke again our MPP ; this one wasn't renewed as Spanish war was still open and so to avoid another fail.

We got back 4 regions for a full Congress, yet only one part of the congressmen gave their medal revenue as asked to fill Cyprus budget.

The IRC operation and the free supplies ended as a low cost for the state.

Finally the Working Tax has been lowered from 10% to 8% to let the Cypriot develop themselves while keeping a mininum but necessary revenue for the state.


Revenues:
- Taxes: 59'000cc (20d x 2150cc (10% WT) + 10d x 1650cc (8😵)
- Congress medals: 32'000cc (for the ones who donated)
- Solidarity: ~80'000cc to cover the AS cost
Total: +171'000cc

Expanses:
- 6 MPPs : 60'000cc
- Fortum & IRC operation: 5'000cc
- CO's: Private funds
- AS: ~80'000cc from Cyprus donators
Total: -145'000cc

.: Chapter 3: The return of the King :.


After a couple weeks of peace in the Balkans,
Serbia destroyed that hope for our area by his aggressive attitude.

But after 2 victories in a raw against the 1st country in the eWorld,
Cyprus stood firm,
and the belligerant understood nothing could be done against the Empire in motion... xdxd
