In this second article of the series "CPs of new World" we will analyze the information of the previous article. This time we will do an analysis both for this term and general by joining the information from the previous mandate
In questo secondo articolo della serie “CPs of new World” analizeremo le informazioni pubblicate nell’articolo precedente. Questa volta potremo effettuare un’analisi sia per questo mandato sia generale unendo i dati provenienti dal mandato precedente.

We get the answers from 63 CPs (92%), 5 more answers than the previous term. This result permit us to cover the 89% of CPs from the begin of this series.
Questo mandato abbiamo le risposte di 68 CP (92%), ben 5 risposte in più rispetto al mandato precedente. Questo risultato ci consente di avere una copertura generale dell’89% dei CP.


Now we have a good number of data and we can begin the study.

As we will see soon the prototype of CP for this term is 22 years old, is at his first term and is a CP of his/her motherland (or serbian), probably he started to play the game in January 2010 and he is a student.

In general the “CP” is 23 years old, is at his first term, is CP of his/her motherland (or serbian), probably he started to play the game in January 2010 and he is a student.
In generale il “CP” ha 23 anni, è al suo primo mandato, è presidente della propria patria (o serbo), ha iniziato a giocare nel gennaio 2010 ed è uno studente.
Lets begin by showing the RL age of CPs.
Iniziamo mostrando le età reali dei CP.
The first thing we see is that a sensible group didn’t tell their age in both graphs. This term the age’s range is grown finishing at 57 years (the previous mandate the limit was 39). The lower limit remains the same at 13 years.
La prima cosa che possiamo vedere è un folto gruppo che non dice la sua età in entrambi i grafici. Questo mandato il raggio delle età è aumentato arrivando fino a 57 anni. Il limite inferiore è rimasto a 13 anni.

This term we have more dispersion, but we can find another time the groups of past term between 19 and 27 years and between 32 and 35 years. In general we can see the same groups.
Questo mandato c’è stata una maggiore dispersione, ma si può vedere come restino i gruppi precedenti con alcune variazioni tra 19 e 27 anni e tra 32 e 55. In generale possiamo vedere gli stessi gruppi descritti per il mandato corrente.

Now we know the RL age of the CPs; we can pass at the age in game. For this analysis I have considered all the CPs (also those without PM).
Ora conosciamo l’età reale dei CP. Possiamo passare all’età in gioco. Per questa analisi abbiamo considerato tutti i CP (anche quelli che non hanno risposto al PM).
In general there are two peaks: the first on 2009 and the other on 2013. The years between these two have nearly the same value, whereas the 2008 and 2014 are very low. Analyzing this term we can see the almost similar trend to the general one, but 2012 has a very low value.
In generale si sono delineati due picchi: uno per il 2009 e uno nel 2013. Gli anni compresi tra questi sono circa allo stesso livello, mentre 2008 e 2014 hanno valori molto bassi. Analizzando il mandato corrente possiamo notare un andamento simile a quello generale, tranne che per il 2012 che presenta dei valori molto bassi rispetto al mese precedente.

The first things that we notice on the general graph are the peaks in January 2010, on April 2011 and January 2013.The values of this term reflect the general trend.
La prima cosa che possiamo notare nel grafico generale sono i valori alti nei pressi di gennaio 2010, aprile 2011 e gennaio 2013. I valori di questo mandato rispecchiano l’andamento generale.

The next question to CPs was about their homeland.
La domanda successiva ai CP riguardava la nazione di origine.

A big part of CPs are presidents of his/her homeland, but there are also foreign CPs. We can see where are they from:
La maggior parte dei CP sono presidenti della propria patria, ma ci sono anche dei CP stranieri. Possiamo vedere da dove provengono:
The number of foreign CPs has grown this month. The Serbia stays the more present country (Montenegro, Philippines, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, UK, New Zeland), Croatia conquers the second place (Bosnia and Belgium). This term we have two big new entries: Turkey (Cyprus and South Africa) and Germany (Nigeria and Austria).
Il numero di CP stranieri rispetto al mandato precedente è aumentato. La Serbia resta la nazione più rappresentata (Montenegro, Philippines, Thailand, United Arab Emiretes, UK, New Zeland) e la Croazia conquista la seconda posizione (Bosnia, Belgium). Ci sono anche due new entry da evidenziare: Turchia (Cyprus, South Africa) e Teteskia (Nigeria, Austria).
We pass to the question about the CP’s work.
Passiamo alla domanda sul lavoro dei CP.
As we can see almost a half of CPs (57% in this term, 62% generally) are workers. Only the 28% (term)-29% (generally) are students. The trend are confirmed between le last two mandate.
Come possiamo vedere circa la metà dei CP sono lavoratori (57% in questo mandato, 62% in generale). Solo il 28% (mandato)-29% (generalmente) sono studenti. Gli andamenti sono stati confermati negli ultimi 2 mandati.
There isn’t a predominant job. There is only a peak for the student, but few specified the studying area. A lot didn’t answer and this didn’t help to detect the prevailing one.
Non c’è un lavoro predominante. C’è un picco per gli studenti, ma in pochi hanno specificato l’area di studio. Un bel gruppo non ha risposto, e questo non aiuta a trovare una scelta prevalente.
Lets see the number of mandates.
Passiomo a vedere il numero di mandati.
As we can see, only the 8% of CP is re-elected from the previous term (Bosnia, Canada, Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia, Peru). The CPs at first mandate are the majority.
Come possiamo vedere solo l’8% dei CP di questo mandato è stato ri-eletto (Bosnia, Canada, Czech Republic, Georgia, Latvia, Peru). I CP al primo mandato sono la maggioranza sia in generale che nel mandato attuale.

Lets see the CPs goals for this month, at the end we will see who has honored their word and who didn’t.
Passiamo ad analizzare gli obiettivi dei CP per questo mese, alla fine del mandato vedremo chi li ha rispettati e chi no.
Almost all want to preserve the actual number of region(21%, Oct 38,1😵. 21% (Oct 19😵 want to liberate their regions and 11,84% (Oct 12,7😵 to conquer new. Other countries are concentrated on inner politics. This term we have also the 29% of CPs with secret plans…
Un bel gruppo vuole mantenere il numero attuale di regioni (21% contro il 38,1% di ottobre). Il 21% (ad ottobre era il 19😵 vuole liberare le proprie regioni e l’11,84%( contro il 12,7% di ottobre) ne vuole conquistare di nuove. Le nazioni restanti si concentreranno sulla politica interna. In questo mandato il 29% dei CP ha un qualche piano segreto.
