Greetings!
Besides the fact that I am the worst Japanese president, our situation is getting better because we have a Serbian MPP and even congress in this month. I don't want to steal the show because the most of it is not my achievement. Let's talk about what happened in the last 10 days.
First of all we've broken the NAP and haven't accepted the. If we want to negotiate about a NAP in the future, we'll have a better position for it with our new ally. It's not over yet, we have plans with these relations. All of these can happen because Japan can be trusted by it's allies. Maybe we are a small country but reliable.
The 'Civilek a GÁT-on' Hungarian MU tried to liberate one of our regions from Taiwan when they celebrated their birthday, they fought really hard, but couldn't win. At least it was good to see that our allies tried to help us in this way.
The main reason we managed to sign the Serbian MPP is that bozimano dorks' influence, because he has a friendly relation with the Serbian president. As I said before, we have to prove that we are a good ally and we have to keep it this way during the next governments. The Serbian president wasn't against this MPP and the congress accepted it in 23-1 rate.
During this time we have serious battles against the USA to get the opportunity to attack them and get more time to protect the congress. Unfortunately we couldn't get the 10% damage bonus but at least it will be a more glorious victory. Of course we got a lot of support from Hungary despite of that they were in the danger of wiping. Using my own money (and Ceda. mj's help) I started an RW in France against the USA to divide their forces. It seems like it was a good idea.
After this I proposed a NE again and we fought for Alaska with the help of Serbia. It was a tough battle and we couldn't handle the overpowered enemy but we got more time by not loosing it with 88-0.
We are at the finish of the congress election and I want to congratulate the congress members. I thank our allies and friends who have supported us in the battles of the last few days, and thanks for the Japan Self-Defence Forces' selfless fights because we wouldn't have congress without their CO (most of it is from their own money). At last I want to say thank for every Japanese especially those who don't like me personally but took part in the battles and fought bravely.
Probably we will loose our territory again in the next few days, but expect RWs, because I think the enemy will let us take a region without bonus for them easier. At least we are working on it.

You are bad strateg... You attack USA on the time when they all woke up, you shoul attack on 22:00 erepublik time. USA was smarter and every attack did at 10:00 +/- eRepublik time. In this time almost all eJapanese go to sleep.
You're right, but the Congress was more important.
? If our attack was better we could maybe win that battle or lose at 50-83. The congress would have to be no matter if we lose or win, so our number one priority in that battle should be the time when to attack.
But there is my fault... I was should have to say you when to attack.
Timing is important as we found an enemy whivh is not 10x stronger than us.

Totally funny, not rude. This article gives you the answers what happened last days in Japan. If you have a _normal_ question, ask from the CP. But it seems you are not interested in anything, just be rude and agressive, and create problems, sees enemy in every corners.

By "the people of Japan" you mean the Serbian and Hungarian parties? Its also worth noting that the Hungarian/Serbian government contains no members of the other party's. That tells everyone else, "Were doing what we want, and since we brought in more players from Hungary, we run Japan now so deal with it!"
Just look at it from our perspective, that's all I am saying. It looks awfully suspicious. And the government's actions seem to confirm the fears on the people. (The non-foreign aligned parties in eJapan)
And on your culture comment...
Manga is but a small portion of Japanese culture, its much more than that. I ask you to please develop a more sophisticated view of Japanese culture.

Won q4 Defense Shield and a lot of money-gold at the tournament. Our military power increases. But...no! You still have a problem... You play Tatenokai and your biggest problem are the "cultural invaders". Meanwhile you are using english too in the press and want to defend japan culture with english language and manga. English is the global standard for universal language. ^.^
Ideally everybody would use Japanese, but a lot of people don't understand the Japanese language (especially writing, which can be very complex at times). So we supplement with a highly universal language. Are you criticizing us for making communication across nationalities easier? You guys even do it! lol. You stop using Hungarian and use English to convey a message to an international audience.

I do recall the ULJ had an event that outlawed the use of any other language, besides Japanese, for a day. That would be a fun eNational holiday!
As MoE, do you intend to teach everyone the complex subtleties of the Japanese language? I support Japanese literacy, but that is a very ambitious aim. Surely you understand why we both use English.

You do realise that there are no rl japanese playing this game so the usage of rl japanese language isn't necessary, that is why use english. Of course, many of us have some interest involving rl japanese (pop)culture and etc so that is why we write our articles in english so that they're understandable to everyone and not in our native languages. We do promote japanese culture but on english.

There is no Japanese translation of this game, so we have no native Japanese players. EVERYONE (just maybe there is an exception) here is not from Japan, so only a few people can fully understand the language. And I must give you a warning about using google translate, don't rely on it, lol.

Well, other than the fact you have never used Japanese in your publications (to any degree), I still would prefer you don't use google translate. Learn basic grammar and structure, you might enjoy it too! ^.^
The Tatenokai fought to preserve Japan from foreign influences. I believe there cause to be suiting, given the situation. If you can convince everyone to use Japanese, I would gladly support you in that cause, but its hard to even get you guys to use a universal language like English.
Next up, why are you saying the ULJ president is a joke? There is no connection between the ULJ PP and me. If anything he is a stellar example of what you guys should be. He was willing to put aside his native culture and help flourish Japan's.

But there are some serious domestic concerns that need to be addressed. National sovereignty being the foremost urgent.
Considering that your predecessors did NOTHING, it's a step into right direction..certainly, not nearly enough.
Please add an English translation to your paper..who knows, maybe you'll get a few local subscribers and their favorable comments. 😉
If I would be speak good in English, it would be possible, but this is not so and I have no more time to the translation every day...

We still do not know who you are or why you are here.Until these questions are addressed the eJapanese will be naturally suspicious of your ulterior motives...and it makes the obvious issue that much more obvious. (The fact we got a Hungarian government over night!)

Well, NAP with eRoC shouldn't have been signed in the first place and the refusal of its continuation is a normal reaction and a right thing to do, it wasn't a big achievement or some big (moral ) dilemma what to do next about that question.
As for the other things....things can always be done better but let's say that these results were the maximum that this month government could produce in these circumstances, I hope that you've made a good base ( starting point ) for the the next government....These new NAP's should be helpful.
What concerns me is the total inactivity of the orgs.
With gold now under 200, a good return is possible, yet i don't see the orgs in the MM.
