Join the new world

Dear eBelgians,

A few days ago our destiny changed. Our country has taken a new course. With this new challenge before us, I call on the best in all of you. We are a proud nation full of strong minded individuals. All this nation needs to be a success is each individual citizen reaching his or her goals. Despite minor differences in opinion, most, if not all of our politicians always pull the country in the same direction. Today, I’m calling you to face the challenge of proving ourselves as a nation that is a worthy ally.

A new day, a new destiny, that is what September 3rd felt like to me. After months of discussions between the many citizens of our nations, we had finally reached the first step in a goal a few set out to achieve after the last Dutch invasion. As a whole we have fought to convince others that the limits of our independence had been achieved. Even if it took divine intervention to open the eyes of the last few convinced of the opposite, our congress voted with a supermajority to give it our best to take part in the Circle of Trust; late on that day, the verdict of the alliance came: we had been accepted as a trial member and given a month to prove ourselves.

With this new course, I made the final decision to present myself for a third term. It was most certainly an exciting election race; being a last minute candidate doesn’t make the job any easier especially when running against one of the stronger political figures of eBelgium. I firmly believe that if we fight as a whole even when there’s no financial incentive, we will show the world what a magnificent ally we can be.



I will give it my best to keep you informed on progress in all domains. You will see our Ministry of Defense making more frequent updates and those of you in the military have certainly already observed the new energy in orders. Our Foreign Affairs team will keep you posted about the ongoing events in the eWorld with a special interest in our allies. Home affairs and the government appointed immigration officer will work on business as usual. Finances will continue to monitor income closely and try to find creative solutions to bring us nearer to a financial balance. Lastly, if you’re not satisfied by government communication, we invite you to contact the Secretary of Media, Cooke4444, who will work on solutions to improve the information brought to you.

What do I expect in return ? You are eBelgians; you are strong willed individuals who believe in helping out those who need it, those who suffer aggression. I expect of you to take part in as many organized strikes as possible, even if that might mean you don’t get extra supplies. I hope that as many of you as possible stand by your nation and show the determination of those who were born to be strong at working on solutions that satisfy all involved parties. Be strong eBelgians and show those who wish to be able to count on us that we can always be counted upon.
