Day 2,749, 16:40 Published in Ireland Ireland by Elite eItaliana

Citizens of the Republic,

we just ended our National Summit and here is the Summary for who couldn't join us.

Topics:

1. Dictatorship & Candidates

2. Training War with USA

3. eIreland Finances

4. Foreign Affairs

1. Dictatorship

We discussed a lot on it, and this is the conclusion.

The election process will follow the three steps:
1.Candidate’s applications - Deadline to apply will be 24 hours after the publishment of the official application article.
2.Candidates will have 24 hours to write an article and start their campaign to take the role of Dictator.
3.The referendum will be held through PM’s of org, each citizens will PM some of our orgs with their vote. There are going to be three Committee members picked by Top 3 Irish political parties.

Some rules:
•If the Dictator applicant started the game in eIreland then he/she must be playing at least 6 months.
•If the Dictator applicant was born a foreigner, he/she must of held Irish citizenship for a minimum of 1 year.
•Dictator MUST publish an article with the reason why should we elect him.

Dictatorship in eIrelan😛

◘ A dictator is going to be elected by the referendum in which all Irish citizens older than 1 month will be able to participate
◘ Dictator will hold no real powers, he’s the safe belt to protect eIreland from foreign Coups.
◘ President and Government are the executive power. Dictatorship doesn’t change the fact that Ireland is still going to be democrative country.
◘ Dictator elections are going to be held each 3 months or sooner if the current Dictator isn’t capable to do his duty anymore.
◘ MPP’s are going to be decided by a Government and Dictator is going to push the “Yes” or “No” button. Same goes for some Ministary related laws such as changing of taxing system. Elected Government holds those executive powers
◘ Congress threads and discussions will continue as congress will still be resposible for discussions about everything, especially when it comes to a bigger things such as Training wars and real wars.

2. Training War with U.S.A.

Some days ago, USA proposed us to start a Training War.
I refused, because I knew that there still was a risk of MTO (and effectively I was right.)
Anyway, now that we're good with safety, we can start it and have some fun.
Our MoFA, Lalo292, will work to make an agreement.

3. eIreland Finances
Our MoF, Don Croata, did a little summary about our Finances, and after a long debate we decided to appel to public donations for improve our Finances as soon as possible.
Nothing much to say about it.

4. Foreign Affairs

We debated quite enough on it, and we decided to don't particularly watch to join in any alliances at the moment.
Rather, we decided to wait for the upcoming mixing up of Alliances for watch seriously a one to join in.
Our MoFA, Lalo, will keep us involved into negotiations with Allied countries and will inform the Citizens every time it's opportune.

Thanks for your time,
