[CP] Introducing NoTie V

Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

NoTie V has been in office for 24 hours and what a day it has already been. Except for the usual start-up rituals, like establishing contacts with foreign governments and installing the different ministries, we already have taken extensive preparations to prepare, or in the best case avoid, for the looming conflict with eGermany. I refer to our National Forums (enetherlands.nl) to review more details about that. When we took office, we essentially were thrown into the pit and are doing everything in our capabilities to climb back up again. And we will succeed!

I will end with publicizing the official government for this month. Some additions have been made ever since my campaign and I believe this will ensure even more that the eNetherlands has a winning team this June.
