[CP/Dictator] All the things are government has been doing aka "Presidential Insider"

ALL THE THINGS MY FRIENDS

I told myself I was going to bed two hours ago but it seems people want a full and complete summary about what government has been doing lately. Fine. I dislike making articles like these because they end up being redundant with the other members of the cabinet, but I'll give it a shot. If it informs someone, I guess it's worth it.

--There were internal stuff with suspicions on John_Locked. Tensions flared between Rathena and Locked, and then they resolved things between themselves. Marcin Owlinski is banned for being a multiaccount, whose only friend was Locked and came back to the Czech Republic on the day he came in a little later. John Locked says his job is to spam friend requests, a plausible enough account to give the benefit of the doubt.

--The MoD is redoing tank donations, and the MoP are redoing general food donations.

--I become dictator again because by default, no one told me the vote went the other way. Maybe it'd be nice if I knew the result like with the numbers, but honestly I just put the pieces together when Jankhos didn't tell me to step down.

I guess I could have announced it once I guessed the vote was over, but finding out who is dictator is literally two clicks away. Anyway, surprise it's me.

--We have MPPs with Australia and Serbia. We were going to get Argentina and the USA onboard as well, but they had bureaucratic issues and failed to get the official vote through. Oops. We also toyed around with proposing with a few other states like Colombia, Macedonia, etc. Monetary/alliance issues made those implausible. Hungary is the other alliance we are tentatively positive for so far.

--Poland offers a training war. It is rejected. New Zealand also offered one and we rejected that too.

--Newbie food donations are slow going. It's free people. We want to give stuff away.

--Nebula is reforming rules on elections, membership revocation, non-disclosure of information, and communication abuse (thank goodness).

--That's it.

Warm regards,
