[Country President] Poncho Warriors theft of Nigerias state treasury

Dear eNigerian Citizens,

eNigeria has lost all its money and many Q7 weapons, because of a incredible stupid and cheeky move by Poncho Warrior.

Here are all informations I could get so far:



What happened?
Poncho Warrior a well known citizen of eNigeria and our next planned Country President, took all the money from the organisation Central Bank of Nigeria. He exchanged the gold and donated 370203 NGN to his own account. Also, he had 19900 Q7 weapons to sell on his own account.



How do we know that he stole the money and weapons?
Two days ago my Minister of Finance, Hunnensohn, realised, that the money was gone from the organisation. He informed me instantly, so I asked NorthAfricaCorps, if he had taken the money, which he denied.

So now, Poncho Warrior was the only one with access to the organisation that I didn't ask. I wrote him a message asking if he took the money and saw him online a few times after it. Because he did not answer me, I wrote a ticket to support.
It is not allowed to show a screenshot of the ticket answer, so here is the important part of the text: "Hello Kalif Batan,
Thank you for the information provided.
A total of 370203 currency has been donated today to the citizen ID 7322296."

Because informing the Congress and the rest of my government, I tried to find out as much as I could. Also, I had to ask many friends if they would help Nigeria, if someone would try to install a dictatorship, because without money we are unattractive, but easy target.

After I could make sure, that our defence was good enough, I informed our congress and my government about the theft. Everyone was shocked and couldn't believe, that Poncho Warrior did this. After a while, Mrischmasch contacted me in IRC. He told me, that he had received a donation of 10k NGN from Poncho Warrior. Also he told me, that there is a thread in the Argentinan forum, saying that he will leave the game because he is getting married in RL. He admits that he took the money from Nigerian state and donated it to his friends.

What do we do now?
First of all, I ask everyone who received a donation by Poncho Warrior, to send me that money! I will transfer it into our organisation again. It should be self evident for Nigerian citizens to pay everything back.

Mrischmasch has already transfered 10k NGN back to my account. Pleade follow his good example!

I asked the Argentinan government to help us get as much money as possible back. They will tell their citizens to pay it back, but I don't hope for too much here.

I asked the admins for a list of people that received a donation, so I can ask to send it back. As soon as I get that one, I will start writing messages. I hope Nigerian citizens will already have paid their donations back by then.



How can we avoid such awful robberys?
Unfortunately, there is not much for us to do. Due to the Civil War update, we should not have much money on the state account. Also, Plato only gave us one organisation to work with, unlike old countrys with far more than 10 organisations. Of course, we could give access only to the CP, but next month Poncho Warrior would have been the CP...

Let me say how sorry and disappointed I am, that this happened during my term as President!
