Requirements:
Donate 100 currency to a citizen below level 20.
Check for new citizens in your military unit member list.
Rewards:
+ 10 XP
Get two times stronger!
Strength means more damage! Train every day!
Requirements:
Increase your strength by 150 points.
Rewards:
+ 150 Strength

Requirements:

Defeat 300 opponents by fighting in resistance wars,

I had worked out the "Get two times stronger!" and >630 unarmed hits so did a public service announcement, but I suppose I should have credited for the rest.
