If you take the day in question (1985) and you consider the fact that DIV 4 has 33 members and one member did just shy of 309m that leaves the other 32 Div 4 members accumulating just shy of 13m or an average of 500k ea. I'd say that is a pretty poor showing.
Don't get me wrong I'm not having a go here just highlighting that all MU's need to have a clear out and remove 'dead wood' to correctly analyse success.
Well done Sir Stupid Genius you have done really well in the last month.

Hi Niko. I read this after writing http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/edgy-war-in-dublin-uk-can-039-t-rely-on-too-few-people-defence-tactics-2256924/1/20 and getting a PM response of the new CP "You did an amazing job, but please don't forget that several others dropped huge amounts as well". I'm sorry but I feel like emigrating. I'm just fed up of putting loads of effort in and get sh*t back. We would have DEFINITELY lost Dublin today if I didn't throw 105m damage.
I think Slack sums it up below...I have often felt that we have far too many whiners and not enough do'ers like yourself. If I was more capable I would do more. I appreciate guys you, Leo, Emergy, Vistulas et al. who all contribute to keeping the eUK in our position.

Slack I have thought long and hard about this and have been so close at times to leaving. The flamin and arguing that goes on in eUK drives me nuts at times and I am less active in politics / articles than I have ever been for this reason. I try to stay away from articles that rile me.
